There is a lot I can say about Wellness Wag. Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful. Their process is very thorough but simple. And the care extends out for months and years to come. I would recommend them several times over.

Super Helpful
This was very easy to do, and I loved how quick the process was, this is a great choice, especially if you need the letter as soon as possible. I see that there is a negative review, and while all experiences are unique, I have actually had so much help and assistance from the company while I was going through the process. I have saved so much with pet rent and pet deposits. I would use them again in the future!

Wellness Wag are frauds!
FRAUDS! It's a SCAM!! DON'T USE THEM!!!
I've been attempting to get a letter for a therapy pet, and ALL I get from these jerks are sarcastic, belligerent questions belitting me, harasssing me, and taunting me!!! NO HELP WHAT SO EVER!!!!
They have NO CLUE what Customer Service is, much less how to talk politely and professionally to potential customers!!
Extremely RUDE and highly UNprofessional!!
I'm certain these "positive" reviews they have are FAKE!!! They HAVE to be, because no PROFESSIONAL in their field would treat a potential patient or customer like crap!!!
