I am supposed to have bought a franchise and this company scammed me. I was dealing with Ashley Plant, signed all documents paid the money and slowly he disappeared- no money no franchise. I have called severally and no response, I don’t know if this company exists or not I see presence online but all I want is my money back and I will go everywhere and let everyone know you are a fraudulent company- Ashley Plant pay me my money back, Wellshine - SCAM…I have tried in so many ways to get my money back and I know this is since 2020, but I will not rest until I get my money back

Brilliant service! Highly recommend!

We booked the cleaners for a commercial clean for 4 hours, one of which both cleaners took as a break.

All in all this has to be the worst cleaning service ive ever used in London, in the past 30 years.

Very unhappy with the services provided

The cleaner who came did a really good job and was amazing however her management let her down. They do no return calls when there are queries and when I cancelled the service due to management not the cleaner they continued to take the payment from my account. Again on ringing no one returned my phone calls. I am currently still awaiting the refund

A good reliable service, any issues have alsways been dealt with quickly and profeesionally. I would reccomened them to other companies who were looking for cleaners.
