The Welsh Food Company - Poor service
Paid The Welsh Food Company extra for a named day delivery for a day when I knew the recipients would be at home.
The goods were delivered 2 days early and I was unable to contact the recipient for 24 hours to find out if they had received the parcel. I was very stressed!
Complained to the company and was told "we stress that delivery is not guaranteed". So why offer something you can't deliver? How many other customers are paying for something they did not get?
As an act of goodwill they refunded £1.30.
