Awful online return experience
When many other stores offer extended return policies, this one enforces a strict 14-day window. You must also cover return shipping costs, and the company states it may retain 10–15% of the purchase price if multiple sizes are ordered. Is it fair and even legal?
It’s difficult to make an informed decision on such an expensive item without trying it first; this isn’t a simple T-shirt purchase. I paid for a GLS return label through their website, only to discover there are no GLS drop-off points in Amsterdam. Customer support has been unresponsive and I haven’t received a reply in over two weeks.
I then paid again to return the item via DHL, yet I still haven’t received any confirmation or update regarding my return. More than €800 is stuck with this store.
My husband owns one of their jackets, and the quality is good, which gave me confidence to order. Unfortunately, the women’s version is extremely uncomfortable. It feels restrictive and limits arm movement, as though it wasn’t designed with a realistic female fit in mind, particularly for those with a fuller chest.
