The delivery was less than 24 hours. That is very rare these days, not even Amazon does that properly nowadays. It makes online shopping fun when you pay a lot less and get the stuff the next day.

Super fast delivery! I ordered on Saturday, and the complete package was delivered on Monday in the morning. After my previous horrible experiences with other websites, I regret that I didn't order from Werken met Merken before.

Great service, highly recommended!
Ordered in the evening, arrived the next. Unfortunately one can of lacquer paint arrived damaged and spilling everywhere due to a rough shipment from Post NL (even though it was packaged well by WMM). We spoke to customer service and were given a new can the next day, excellent and speedy service!

Great customer service
I made an order and it was delivered with the packaged open and there was spillage. I sent a message to the company and on the same day they replied very politely and sent me another product, which I received the very next day. I will continue purchasing with them, i felt heard and that is what a customer wants! Thank you!

HORRIBLE Customer Service, and still waiting for my items!
I ordered 3 items to be delivered the next day.
Only one of the items got delivered: the delivery guy told me that there was a problem with the order due to high demand, and that I would probably receive the remaining items the following day.
I waited and waited, no email, no information, nothing. So I decided to call customer service. I called, and went straight into voicemail: it said "due to the high demand, we ask you to send an email". I did so, and I am STILL waiting for a response. it's been 10 days now.
So, I decided to call again, this time it went into a fax machine (?). Then I tried to fill the online form they have, only to receive the message "it's not possible to use this form, please send an email". This was AFTER I filled in the form...
There's definitely a lot that needs to be done in terms of customer service: this is not from a serious company.

Werken met Merken is an awful company! They sell their products super overpriced! They use the Covid-19 situation to rise their prices with more than 300%!!! 300% for just a week!!! Unbelievably unrealistic!! And they give nonsense excuses for that. Of course, my order was refused. I don't find this fair. I have ordered from another company and everything was fine and way cheaper and better. Now they send me mails to give a review.. Well, here you are my review, greedy thieves!

They are not reliable
They send me the wrong product, wrong package and wrong content. I sent two e-mails for response , but no feedback for more than 20 days. I called the customer service during office hour for several times, but nobody picked up the phone. They are not reliable.
