Easy and understandable. But I have to pay fee to WES and to concerned University i.e. Chitkara University. Double the fee charged from me.

I had a very positive experience with…

I had a very positive experience with World Education Services (WES). The entire credential evaluation process was well-structured, transparent, and easy to follow. From the moment I created my account, the platform guided me step by step, clearly outlining the required documents and procedures.
What stood out most was the efficiency and regular updates. I was able to track my application status in real time, which gave me peace of mind throughout the process. Whenever additional information was needed, WES communicated promptly and clearly, avoiding unnecessary delays.
The processing time was reasonable, and the final report was detailed, professional, and widely recognized—making it extremely useful for my academic/professional goals. Their service played a key role in helping me move forward with my plans.
Overall, WES provides a reliable and user-friendly service for anyone needing credential evaluation. I would highly recommend them to international students and professionals looking for a smooth and trustworthy experience.

While the service is useful

While the service is useful, my experience could have been better. There were delays and some confusion during the process. Improving communication and providing clearer guidance would greatly enhance the customer experience

I wanted the document in 2 days after WES received the documents from my University. My ITA was expiring in 2 days and WES gave me the soft copy in a single day. Thanks for going above and beyond. I was able to file for my PR. All thanks to whoever verified my documents.

Improvement in Service Delivery

Recently, I think the feedback from the company has improved. Unlike what I experienced the other time. Also, I do receive update from WES as regards, the status of my evaluation. I didn't have to bother calling the call agents because, to me, they might not be authorized to view more than what I the applicant can also view from my portal. As a way to improve, WES should re-evaluate the roles of call agents. I strongly believe that they could be able to help more than the current roles they play. Many of the applicants are educated enough to be able to understand their portals without necessarily requiring call agents to read out what they also can see. Thank you
