With a sample size of my first two orders both times, after receiving an email claiming my items had been dispatched I was contacted to be told all or a substantial part of my order was in fact not in stock, to be fair they offered a lager size at no extra cost but its not as simple as just using a bigger bottle, either we need to produce new lables or customers wonder why their bottle is not full. Not to mention all the other knock on effects of a new product size. I was making test purchases below 100 items but will be looking for an alternative supplier for my proper orders.

Great quality, fair prices and fast shipping

I placed an order and received the bottles and jars, but the jars arrived without their lids. I contacted your customer service by email and was advised to call a member of your team. When I did, I was told that someone would review the parcel footage and get back to me.

It has now been almost two weeks, and I have not received any update or further communication. As I still do not have the lids, I am unable to use the jars I purchased.

Ordered 100 x 100ml Boston bottles with flip-top lids from We Sell Bottles, but when I finally opened the order there were only 50 lids included, leaving me 50 short. When I contacted the company, I was told that because it was over 10 days since delivery, they were “not legally required” to send the missing lids.

What made this worse was the attitude I received on the phone. I was spoken to in a very unpleasant and dismissive manner and was even told to “get a solicitor” when I pointed out that a company’s returns policy does not override consumer rights when goods are incomplete.

The owner admitted he checked photo footage of the order and could see one bag of lids, but could not confirm how many were in it. Despite that, he refused to send the missing 50 lids unless I placed another order, saying he did not want to pay the postage. I was also told that “for all he knows” I could just be trying to get 50 extra lids — which is a bizarre accusation considering lids are of no use to me without the bottles I already purchased.

What is even more frustrating is that this is not the first time this has happened. On a previous order, I was short of lids and assumed I had somehow misplaced them, so I simply ordered more. Looking back, I now seriously question that.

Very disappointing customer service, poor attitude, and no willingness to put right what appears to be their mistake. I simply wanted the 50 lids I paid for — nothing more, nothing less.
