I use WeSendit with a paid Pro/Business subscription. Unfortunately, my experience with the service has been very disappointing.

Despite having a paid subscription, it is not possible to remove WeSendit’s promotional content from the emails or from the landing page where my clients end up to upload files. This undermines the professional appearance you would expect when paying for a service.

In addition, there appears to be a serious issue with the permission settings. When I grant clients upload-only access, they are still able to download files. This could potentially have major consequences for file confidentiality and therefore represents a serious security risk.

I have contacted the helpdesk about this several times, but my emails have not been answered. This is particularly frustrating because the website promises high-priority support for Pro and Business accounts.

What makes it even more frustrating is that it seems almost impossible to cancel the subscription. Transparency and accessibility are completely lacking.

Technically, the platform itself appears to work reasonably well for sending files. However, due to the poor customer service, the lack of response to potential security issues, and the unclear subscription management, I unfortunately cannot recommend this service.

I contacted customer service regarding a somewhat complex issue that involved both technical and financial aspects. The Customer Service Manager, Mr. Yasin, handled the matter personally and accompanied me throughout the entire process with professionalism and genuine care. I greatly appreciate the way my request was handled.

We came to the conclusion that this service is not what we need at this point, support around ending/pausing the membership was helpful and generous. We will certainly consider coming back in the future.

I had a niggling issue with an old dormant account that was blocking an e-mail address that I wanted to use. It was a very challenging issue to explain but customer support at WeSendit stuck with it until the problem was resolved to my great satisfaction. Thank you!

There are so many file-sharing platforms, but I always love using WeSendit - so easy, so user-friendly, and Yasin Afoda’s terrific customer support operation (which I've used a few times), is faultlessly courteous and efficient. It so often seems to be the affable and efficient Swiss who get these kinds of things so right!

I have been using WeSendit for several years in the Web2 area and it worked without any problems. Now WeSendit is conquering Web3, where data storage and security are top priorities! WeSendit will take sending and saving to the next level!

I've been a customer for a couple years and find their service especially helpful for client downloads of video content. Recently had a small technical issue and found their email support is responsive and really great. They care about their service and it shows. Good people, good company.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, Readers, Users, Interested Parties, Wesendit offers a large data transfer, which then runs via Web 3. because the free access you can already transfer 5 GB and with an opening confirmation. To do this, I had to send my dashcam videos to the police after a hit-and-run. After a short explanation, I was able to transfer large amounts of data (over 1gb) / videos to the police in a few minutes. You can see that the bemater had also opened the email. Super great service and support. Never had any problems and received a quick response to questions about the new WeSendit 3.0 product. I will definitely try the WeSendit 3.0 product, as I have the option of storing and sending unlimited data for a reasonable price. The big plus point will be the enormous security
