Andrew was amazing and really helped us out! British Gas came round a few days before and couldn’t fix the problem that Andrew fixed within half an hour!! Will definitely be using his service again!

Andrew was so keen at first. Did half the job and then slapped me with an inflated quote for the rest. I ask him to revisit the quote and he went quiet...

The punchline? I paid him for a boiler service and he didn’t even fill out the log. So basically be just took my money and did a runner.

I needed help disconnecting a dishwasher and dismantling a large sofa; within a couple of hours from my request, Andrew was here and sorted both the dishwasher and the sofa in no time! Great guy, very efficient and would 100% recommend.

We called Andrew for a leak which we thought was the boiler leak. However it turned out to be a water pipe leak in the area of the boiler in a very hard to reach place. Andrew did a really great job - located the problem, bought necessary parts, fixed and cleared the area from water and debris. Very professional, very quick response, very mindful to the time and the fee he charged was reasonable, I would even say very reasonable. I am very grateful for the work and response and professionalism. Do not hesitate to trust him your problems.

Last Friday woke up to no hot water thought I run out of gas went to look at my meter and realised that I still had £7 on there.
The issue was with my boiler.
I called an engineer from West 1 Gas and Plumbing services, the engineer that came sorted out everything he was very polite and helpful and explained what the issue was. He tidy up after the work was done and showed me what to do if the issue occurred again.. Very happy with this service would recommend him to friends and family.
