Bought a Mini Countryman in March 2017. Great customer service from Ashley who answered all my questions and took me through the deal totally professionally and from Luke who picked me up, took me through the paperwork and did a thoroughly professional car handover. They made time for me, they listened and informed and they didn't pressure me at all. Very pleased with the car and with the whole experience. Both Ashley and Luke epitomised what Mini was about - fun and a great experience. I would recommend this dealership totally and will be back for my next Mini.
