Excellent Customer Service
I ordered something online from Western Rivers Flyfisher and it arrived prompty with a note from the owner of the shop. I really appreciated the note as it handwritten, thanked me for my business, and something that you don't see any more these days when making an online purchase. In my opinion, that note sets Western Rivers apart from its competition and I would be more than happy to order from them again.

Friendly staff
I bought a Simms sling bag online at a good price. The package was in the mail the very next day. I do have a tiny complaint, there are no confirmation emails nor any tracking info given. When I didn't receive a confirmation email I called and they were very friendly and informed me it was ready to go. So my experience was good but would have been better with an email. I'll shop here again.
