Don't confuse this company with Westfield Fasteners, who are a legitimate and genuine company. Note this company miss-spells "Fasteners", without the first "e". I suspect the good reviews here are for the genuine company. Do not use.

Hi ref 477513 hi still not received my replacement parts as they sent the wrong parts Don’t buy any thing from this company as even if you a not to blame the won’t give me the correct parts when I’ve sent them a photo of the part with a measurement against it

I started to install a project yesterday with 100 tamperproof screws to find half where a different size! When contacted I was asked to count out the incorrect screws, send back for a partial refund and order another 100 of what could possibly be another mixed bag of incorrect sizes and pay for postage. My project is delayed, I now have to buy more than req'd and I have to sit and count small screws to get a refund and will have to do the same when the replacements arrive as they too will be a mixed bag! Will use another supplier.

A small order by any standards, just 60 bolts. Ordered early afternoon, arrived the following morning. Excellent service would strongly recommend.

What a nice company to deal with. They carry a great selection of stainless products. The minimum order quality is low and the prices are very fair. The order to delivery time of my last order was 22 hours. I know I also need to thank my postman.

An excellent online firm for stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers with a huge selection of bolts for loads of applications. Although obviously other suppliers exist, I have found this firm offers the widest variety of fixings, you can mix and match bolts, nuts and washers to your own requirements and pricing is straightforward as quantities vary from full boxes to smaller packet quantities at very reasonable prices. I placed an order on a Friday morning and they were delivered by normal post on Saturday. I have used this firm many times and never been disappointed or let down. Would highly recommend that this site is considered when looking for stainless steel fixings.
