I JUST WANT IT FIXED 🫩

I purchased a Westin underwater fishing camera around 6 months ago and it is faulty. I contacted Westin by email to find out how to return the product, but received no reply.
After sending a second email, I received a reply from Lisbeth Jensen (customer service lead), who asked me to provide evidence of the first email that was sent! I duly forwarded a copy to Ms Jensen, but have once again received no reply!
Surprised at such a third rate customer service from such a prominent company.
Please, Please, Please, just tell me how to go about getting my camera fixed. And sharpen up your customer service!😆😆😆
