Best in class quality and customer service! Westminster nailed it all. We had some issues with delivery due to our unique location, and the customer service team stayed engaged through the whole project, with prompt, clear and concise communication. They are the specialist who apparently want to offer the best product, the best protection and finish options, and the best customer service. Most of the heavy lifting they did for us was well after our charge card was billed. They are committed to satisfied customers.

Beautiful, high quality, and great customer service
I ordered a teak cafe table and four chairs and was absolutely delighted at the construction. Sturdy, nice materials, easy to assemble - and just beautiful. The only concern I had was that the bottom of the center board on the table top was split. It was only on the bottom side, and I was prepared to live with and hope it didn't spread. But then I figured it was worth just checking to see if I should be worried about that. Westminster Teak didn't mess around - they quickly shipped out a replacement top and arranged for the freight to send the first one back. All my communications with them were quick, easy and they did absolutely everything right when it comes to standing by their product. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again and will be recommending them to anyone who's in the market for teak furniture.

Quality that Shows

The only place to buy teak furniture!
Excellent customer service and a truly outstanding product. If you have ever considered teak furniture Westminster is the only way to go. They build a superior product and stand behind it. Upon assembly I noticed there was a crack in one of tenons of a chair seat section. I reached out to Westminster and was immediately sent a whole new chair and instructions to box up the defective chair and place in on my porch for UPS pickup. I look forward to owning my Westminster Teak for many, many years.
