While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Don't bother, stick to putting your repeats in the letterbox.

This is supposed to be an easy way to order your prescriptions.

In a word, rubbish! They are not contactable by phone, now in a pandemic like we are having you would think they would be open as they would be able to set things up so people could work from home. Nope, don't seem to be happening, you ring up, press the appropriate number on your phone, listen to more pre recorded prattle then get cut off.

This service is useless, run by morons and unfortunately seems to suffer from zero staff.

They say you can order online, well my mother sure as hell cant, she is in her 70s, has more tablets with names that look like Scrabble tournament rejects than a little and her prescription is some 5 sheets long. You have to type in the name of drug, the dose and the strength for each item on the prescription if ordering on the web. For old people this is impossible.

Once again a spectacular failure.
