Wish I could give them a zero. I ordered a leather bag special bundle from them in July. They advertise as premium leather. Bag arrived wet inside. The bundle items were missing from the order. The bag is not leather. I have been back and forth with them since July almost impossible to get customer service to respond, when they did I was told each time that they were waiting on shipment notification.
This company is fraudulently selling leather(not) totes.
I have reached out to them to refund my purchase but they have yet to respond. It is sad other customers are being treated as Ihave been.
WishI could give zero stars! Ordered tote for my daughter’s birthday and received a horrible, discolored, poorly made piece of garbage. Only heard from the company to offer 15% refund. This is the worst. I’ve lost almost $200 and have received no response. Do not buy from them.!!!!!!!!!!
AVOID THIS SELLER!! This company has deplorable customer service and the products they sell are just as bad. I received two bags and the quality was so awful that I didn't even unwrap the second after briefly seeing the first. I have been contacting their customer service daily trying to get information to return them and get a refund, but after one email (that offered a 15% discount instead), I have not gotten anything in response. Don't buy from this company, you'll be disappointed in the product and sorry you gave them your money.
This company, which purportedly sells leather purses and totes, also does business as Montana Hudson. I ordered twice in January and it is now April with no bags, no tracking, no shipment information, and only meaningless "so sorry for the delay, I'll look into it" responses from Customer Service emails. It is impossible to find a phone number or address for this business or its alias.
