They book you in and leave your car sitting outside untouched!

I booked my car in to have the windows tinted Monday 6th Sept 2021, 11am. Took the day of work, dropped the car off 08.30 nice and early, they told me would all be done by 14.00. By 14.30 I hadn't heard anything so decided to give them a call. The receptionist couldn't explain if the car was ready or not and said she would call me back. 20 mins later still no call so I called them again, no answer, they wouldn't answer my call so I tried calling another 3 times and still wouldn't answer my call. By this time it was obvious something was clearly not right so I got a cab straight up there to see if my car was ready. The car was still sat outside not been touched, the staff were all standing around chatting, absolutely no excuse not to answer my call. I asked for my key and took my car back, and have now booked it in elsewhere and got a very professional service done for the tinting at a cheaper price and was done on time.
From my personal experience with wwacmk I found them to be very unprofessional with dealing with customers. They didn't even have the decency to give me a call to let me know my car wouldn't be ready the same day it was booked in for. I lost a days work and £20 in cabs because of their unprofessional service.
Absolutely dreadful service.

Found WWACMK by accident via Google search and since they were local I decided to give them a try. Jodie was very helpful in arranging an appointment to fit around my work pattern and the execution of the interior wrap was top quality! Would highly recommend and will be back in future.

A real five star service. Went to have a small wrap job done - they wrap Williams Formula cars so they do big jobs as well - Tevaugh (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) was amazingly professional and friendly and did a wonderful job on my BMW 3 series. Very reasonable and I am very happy with what they did.
