Our Account Services Manager Jenn DuVall is the reason for our 5 Star rating. She continuously provides professional service whenever needed. No question is left unanswered, no issue is left unresolved. We know we are not her only account, but she makes us feel as if we are.

Their customer service is second to none! We have been with WEX for almost 3 years, and they are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. We use WEX for our factoring and fuel card system and we are always pleased with the service provided. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great factoring or fuel card company!

Our account agent is Miss. Karen Pruitt. We have been working with her for the last 4+ years. She has been nothing less than incredible to say the least. Previous agents were not bad either but Miss. Karen makes us feel like she knows us personally and that's something you can't say about everyone. She is an incredible asset to our company because she makes our factoring needs incredibly easy to deal with. She goes above and beyond most of the times in order to resolve issues. I do not remember her saying "NO" and I don't think that's in her dictionary. She is an amazing agent, amazing person. One less issue for us to worry about for Truckers.

Company didn't answer my request for a temporary password for 5 days causing me to miss the date to file a claim for my unused funds for my commuter benefits.

Our account executive Kelsey Bryant always goes above and beyond for us! Even when we mess up, she's always available to correct any issues and she always delivers. We are super happy with Kelsey and she deserves a raise immediately!

Yes! For beginners who use the WEX portal is not something that one can simply navigate through it. It really requires someone's help who can go with you through all the necessary steps and that was made possible by Patricia. I truly appreciate 🙏 that.

Honestly I'm not someone who writes reviews but there are times when you just have to show appreciation. Professionalism and hardwork deserve their gratitude and Blanca deserves her flowers. I get a least 1 call a week from other Factoring companies with lower rates and its because of Blanca Henriquez's honesty, patience and readiness of always being available to help resolve any issues, I'm writing this review today. Our relationship is more than account representative/client association. She has been an instrumental partner that has helped me and my company over the last 5 years plus. It's because of her I don't entertain any other offers.
