The process for bidding and payment is quite straightforward. You do need to watch, and listen, carefully to make sure you know whether you're buying new, tested, or untested items.

Delivery costs are confusing as I've seen sites where you get up to six items for one delivery cost, and others, only one! It's not spelt out on every site, unfortunately!

Good quality items and so many products to look at in one app. Value for money great app.

Whatnot does not actually respect/make good on their buyer protection policies. I received completely damaged cards and they refuse to issue a claim for the face value of the cards. Terrible experience and customer service - buy at your own risk.

Shipping is an issue I would purchase more if shipping was reasonable

Complete scam site, none of the sellers are honest, i have had items not arrive at all, or had the completely wrong items sent, and items that were literally fithy black in soot and dust, and one covered in chocolate hand prints!! I spent hell of a lot of money on make up produts that were completely out of date.. and some of them covered in an undisclosed oil/dirt liquid, also never mentioned on the live streams, AND a lot of them as much as 20 YEARS OUT OF DATE.. some only 8 years OUT OF DATE, this is not acceptable, and NONE of this actually mentioned on the live streams of course, or they wouldn't all sell their rubbish.
Whatnot said my account was flagged and suspended, as i had asked for refunds for everything that was wrong, their buyers protection they say you are entitled to, dosn't actually exist. They protect their sellers who are scamming you all instead of protecting the ones who have been scammed, you may get a £2 refund you may get a £10 refund for wrong or missing things, but once you ask for a bigger refund for completely wrong out of date stuff they bar your account and tell you that your not entitled because you abused their refund process. DESPITE sending them MANY MANY MANY photos of all the out of date stuff, they still refuse you. Eventhough you have blaitently proved your case..
AVOID this site if you know what is good for you.

Love that a lot of sellers make the bidding fun and exciting. I also had a problem with a bidder not giving a proper description and then refusing to cancel, but whatnot worked with me and gave me a solution to the problem without dealing with the seller.

Been using Whatnot for a while now and have made a lot of purchases from multiple sellers. Only had one issue to date which to be fair was quickly addressed with the seller and whatnot were amazing offering a full refund due to goods not as described. All other products have been amazing and at incredible prices.

Good application easy to use . Everything is great. Hope they change or lower the interest for sellers so they can sell more and buyers can buy more too.

Whatnot does not care whatsoever about the users of the app. Their customer service is absolutely abysmal. Be extremely cautious about using this platform as either a buyer or seller. You will be entirely on your own if any issue arises. If you didn't receive your cards, they don't care. If you're harassed, they don't care. Beware.
