DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - I was in Spain and thought I would try this - didn't work - customer is outsourced had 3 different advisers none of which did scything- then advised me to go back to When away direct - who don't answer you. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY

Used them before, good Customer Service, a little piece of “home” whilst “away”!,

It was very easy to access & I could keep up to date with English Tv. Thank you

The VPN generally worked well for me in Mallorca. I did have to turn it off and on a few times when the stream paused. A couple of times I turned it off and my Channel 4 streaming continued working which was odd but it worked!

I paid for selected choice, followed procedure to gain access to stream via recommended vpn. couldn’t access chosen stream despite following instructions & several attempts, a complete waste of money

I had forgotten how to use the VPN with an iPad - when I asked a question, I received clear and concise instructions within minutes.

Helpful customer service. Despite being a bit of a technophobe and an OAP they responded to my request for help setting up the VPN

I wouldn't say one of the best service providers but I would say " The best service provider"

Slowed down my Internet to the point I couldn't use it at all.

Have used this service in Denmark ,Germany,Portugal Greece and Thailand over the last 4 years

I used whenaway for four weeks while I was in Spain on holiday, it worked great, I could watch all my favourite tv programmes and just being able to get it for the 4 weeks was ideal a.

Very much like that this can work for a week at a time.
Would be even better if could get it through fire stick

I was in Portugal… I didn’t read anywhere that I had to be in the UK.
So it was a waste of money.
Tried when I got home, still had a couple of days on it, it wouldn’t show any programs I wanted to watch, although they were being shown on here. 🤷🏻‍♀️

An excellent alternative for those who want to enjoy long stay vacations abroad without having to struggle with foreign language TV. Cheap and reliable.

Straightforward and easy to use. Connected every time with no problems. Able to access everything Whenaway said I would be able to.
