Hi, thanks for the feedback and sorry for the frustration. Our standard handling time is 1-2 business days - during EOFY we do let customers know 15 business days is the absolute worst-case scenario, but in practice most orders are still going out in 4-6 business days. If your order has genuinely taken 15 days, that’s outside the norm and we’d like to look into it - could you send us your order number so we can check what happened?

I’ve brought several of my favourite ones.
I have people commenting immediately when they walk in my room. Instantly recognising the scent I have on. It’s lasts all day. Super happy 😃 and I’ll continue to buy all of my expensive (not expensive)!! Perfumes from Wiff… 10 out of 10…

This was my 1st order, I only purchased 3 x 10ml sizes, mainly because I wanted to try a small amount first & unfortunately for me I'm no spring chicken & can't get out & about much any more. The ladies & mens perfume is amazing
The ladies & mens perfume is amazing, lasts all day & I have received so many compliments. I am now ordering for our daughters as they were so impressed when I wore my Patchouli Muse to dinner, the Son-in-law’s are asking for the men’s for Christmas, so that is impressive. The postage was extremely quick as well.

Fragrance is great - bottle can jam up
Fragrance is great, I've bought 3 bottles now and 2 of the bottles have had faulty dispenser pumps so haven't been able to use all the product. A little frustrating, maybe to be expected for the price point. If the bottles worked well and I could use all the fragrance they are ideal dupes.

During peak sale periods, our handling time has been around 4-5 business days, it is quite normal for businesses to have slightly longer handling time during these periods.
