I have no issues about service but in Maharashtra most people buying whirlpool product and most them is marathi but when I called at customer service there is no option for marathi language. So I requested to add marathi language for customer service. If you think customer is valuable for you so please do needful things otherwise you can do le go my concern.

​I am writing this to highlight a deeply disappointing service cycle following my recent purchase of a Whirlpool refrigerator from Croma. While the sales process was smooth, the after-sales support and product quality control have been significantly below expectations.
​Timeline of Events:
​Sunday: Purchased the unit from Croma.
​Tuesday: Delivery arrived.
​Thursday: The installation engineer arrived (a further 2-day wait after delivery).
​The Issue:
​Upon unboxing and inspection during installation, I noticed visible scratches on the microfilm coating. This is clearly a manufacturing-level defect and not something caused by external handling after delivery.
​Resolution & Service Failure:
​When I raised this concern, both the Croma store team and the Whirlpool installation engineer informed me that they would not replace the unit for a "cosmetic" issue of this nature. Furthermore, I was told that even if a replacement were approved:
​It would take an additional 15 days to process.
​There was no guarantee that the new unit wouldn't have similar defects.
​Final Thoughts:
​It is disheartening to invest in a premium home appliance only to be met with a defective finish and a "deal with it" attitude from both the retailer and the manufacturer. Expecting a customer to wait over two weeks for a replacement—with the risk of receiving another damaged unit—is not the level of service one expects from established brands like Whirlpool and Croma.
​I hope this serves as a cautionary note for others regarding the current state of their quality checks and grievance redressal.

Extremely disappointing service experience. My washing machine issue was reported on 28th April while the product is still under warranty, yet the problem remains unresolved due to constant delays, poor coordination, and false commitments from both the service team and customer care. I was repeatedly given new dates for part replacement, only to face further postponements each time without any proactive communication.

The biggest frustration has been the complete lack of accountability and urgency for an essential household appliance. Customer support has been highly inefficient, responses are delayed, and the overall service process has been exhausting and stressful. For a brand like Whirlpool, this level of after-sales service is unacceptable. Customers expect timely solutions, transparent communication, and reliable support—not endless follow-ups and broken promises.

Have purchased ac and installation person did the worst job with installation. The water is constantly leaking and has spoiled the wall my wooden fixed wall table and the whole place is flooded with water. I have been calling him from 4 days no response. Is this how u plan to work.

They don't provide service on time, they say Monday, they say Tuesday, they say Wednesday but they don't come on that day and the service
is very bad.If you provide one service another gets closed If you fix the second the third one creates a problem People with no experience come and repair

Maine Whirlpool AC purchase kiya hai. Installation request ko 5 din ho chuke hain lekin abhi tak installation nahi hui. Ye service bahut delayed hai. Kripya meri installation urgent basis par complete karवाई जाए.

i have bought a refrigerator from TREND RELIANCE FARIDABAD on 19-4-2026 which is delivered on 20-4-2026 but it was faulty and not working engineer visit us and make service note that it is not ok and whirlpool will replace the same, However, ten days have passed, yet no action has been taken.,

I raised a service request on 25th April regarding an issue with my washing machine. A technician visited yesterday and informed me that there was an issue with a part and that it would be replaced today.

However, since then, no one has contacted me. I have been trying to call the technician and helpline number since morning, but there has been no proper response. I was told that I would receive a call before 1 PM, but no one has contacted me so far.

It has now been almost 10 days since I first raised the request, and my washing machine is still not working. This delay and lack of communication are extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I am very dissatisfied with the service provided so far.

I request you to kindly:

Provide an immediate update on the status of my service request.
Assign a responsible technician who can resolve the issue at the earliest.
Confirm the exact timeline for repair or part replacement.

I bought a Whirlpool air conditioner from Flipkart, and the experience has been absolutely horrible. It has been 2 days, and not a single person has contacted me for installation. This level of negligence is unacceptable. I have tried calling customer service multiple times, but no one even bothers to answer. This is extremely unprofessional and shows how little they care about their customers. Completely pathetic service—highly disappointed and would not recommend this brand to anyone.

Worst company and worst service centre with worst customer support technician never picks up the call Custer service is just giving numbers of technicians and saying to taking update from them where there technician never respond to the call one of the technician provided me with the bill and took money and did not completed the service and told he will come next day nor he came nor he is receiving the calls ever customer support is also not helping in this matter I am continuously calling customer support and they are just making excuses and giving different number.

Very poor service, I have purchased a front load automatic washing machine on 21-04-2026 from Aditya Vision Sasaram Bihar, but till now my machine has been not installed, I want to many times contacting with Service Mechanic but they blocked my number, they are demanding charges for Installation, I agree with him, but they not responding.

In neyveli township the whirpool service is so worst.In my home 20 days my fridge is not working i complaint to service man he is also not responding to us.

We have a whirlpool double door fridge since last 20+ years it's working well but recently it got an issue gave a complaint to whirlpool customer support technician came and repaired it later with 2 days issue reoccur again I called the technician and complained to customer support since 3 days am back of them no one visited to solve the issue this is pathetic

Very poor after sale service we are waiting for more than a week and no one came to solve the problem it My personal experience don't not buy anything from whirpool their customer service is terrible and their support is not providing satisfying solution they are just saying to do what they said if anything thing happen their guarantee is fake they never clam even if you have bill

Whirlpool is the worst and most terrible company.
I placed a request for AC service on the 17th, but received only one call after the 17th.
He gave me someone else's number, then the second one gave me a third one, then the third one gave me a fourth one. I just kept going, and finally, I got the same number as the lady I initially spoke with.
Finally mam suggest me for AMC.

The company technician is charging extra money for a second visit within 24 hours of the first visit, without informing me in advance. This reflects very poor service.

Additionally, the technician does not seem to know how to properly check whether the motherboard is functioning. Instead, he is suggesting installing a new one just to see if the machine works, which is not a reliable approach.

He is asking for ₹5500 for a new motherboard without even confirming that the current one is actually faulty. This level of uncertainty is unacceptable.

What kind of service is the company providing after already charging ₹590 for the visit?
