Leaving a review for Edward at Customer Service for Coffee52 Club (there is no link for this club to leave a review). I called to cancel subscription but Edward took the time to fully explain what my package included and price. I'm keeping my membership for now. I appreciate his time and patience.

As someone who was just trying out…

As someone who was just trying out whiskey, the two boxes I ordered helped me understand that whiskey wasn’t for me. I spoke with Shaun to cancel my order and he couldn’t have been more understanding and friendly if he tried. 10/10 service. Highly recommend as a trial run as it lets you test your palette before buying expensive bottles or drams in bars.

Received a nice bottle of whisky

I received a nice bottle of whisky on an offer. I quickly realised that I wouldn't be able to drink a bottle of whisky each month, so I called them to cancel. I spoke to Fraser, who was very helpful and the process of cancelling was very easy. There seems to be a great selection of whisky on offer, but for me a bottle every month was too much. I would recommend giving this a try if you like your whisky.

Great customer service

My son asked me to purchase one of the great whusky offers, and in doing so I was signed up for a subscription.

The order went smoothly, delivery was on time and the product was well packaged. He was very pleased with the purchase.

I rang to cancel my subscription and spoke to a lovely gentleman called Mark. I was expecting a bit of a hard sell, and although Mark made me aware of another good offer, he also cancelled my subscription and took the time to check I received an email to confirm that.

Customer service is excellent all round.

Good way to try different whiskeys but wasn't able to budget for a subscription service. Phoned them up and spoke to James who was very professional, tried to tempt me with an offer but I politely declined and he cancelled the subscription straight away and confirmed marketing preferences.
