I'VE BEEN HAVING A LOVE AFFAIR WITH WFF SINCE DAY ONE

Since they opened, I have been a fan! Although I've since moved to another state in New England and miss visiting WFF in person, I continue to be a loyal customer. I'm an avid gardener and have never been disappointed in the quality, price, or pristine packing methodology. Recently I purchased two additional Autumn Clematis. They arrived & are now planted & every time I'll enjoy their beauty, knowing they came from WFF, I'll visualize all the lovely walks I had at their place in Litchfield County over the years.

The plant came in very bad shape

The plant came in in very bad shape, dried out and wilted. Part of the plants were broken off . My wife was home when the package came in , so it did not stay outside in the heat. We are trying to nurture the plants back to health but I am not sure we will have any plant sent by mail from now on.

Happiness Found- in a Catalogue or OnLine

Each year I savor my quiet moments reading the appealing catalogue which seems to get better year after year. Then, I choose my selections which is especially pleasing this year as I am sprucing up my gardens for a family reunion. I made most of my order on line and discovered the ease of doing so, as well as the extra bonus of the cultivation advice. I have been ordering from White Flower Farm since the 1980's and have always been satisfied with my experience- from ordering, to planting to enjoying the plants as they mature!

Ridiculously slow delivery

The time from when an order is placed to when the order is shipped is glacial and completely unacceptable. The shipping info on the website does not clearly explain the long delay before the order is shipped. On top of that, when I called White Flower Farms to find out what happened to my order, their Customer Service people were totally defensive and told me I was wrong to feel that shipment was too slow. I will never order from them again.

Good plants but oh so small.

I love the idea of WFF but the implementation leaves something to be desired. Everything is properly labeled, which is a bonus because I KNOW it's correct. The catalogue is beautiful. They have great ideas about combos and planters. BUT, their plants are soooo small.

White Flower Farm delivers what they promise to deliver: healthy plants, carefully packaged, at the right time for planting.

I've been ordering from White Flower Farm for several years, and I've never been disappointed with the plants they ship me. I always have excellent success with them, and the one or two times I've had a plant die after I've planted it, it has been immediately replaced by White Flower Farm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend White Flower Farm to anyone ... and I already have recommended them a number of times.

customer service is very good; first order failed to bloom, but I got a replacement (different product) with no trouble.

I was disappointed that the paperwhite narcissus that I ordered for a gift too so long to arrive (which could easily have been due to the cold weather in January), but more disappointed that it failed to bloom. However, the customer service people were eager to send a replacement to my gift recipient, and while it isn't a spring bulb, it is a lovely plant.

I don't know whether the failure to bloom is an issue with quality control or inferior bulbs or damage in shipping; the bulbs sprouted and grew, but did not form viable blooms. This seems like a problem with the bulb itself, or its forcing prior to being shipped.

clean website interface however pulling up order history way too slow

i like the website look and feel

however it could use an easier way to get to various plants. maybe some other search options or building up / narrowing search choices.

biggest issue was looking up previous orders (history) took so long (minutes) i could not wait. i believe i only remember getting into my history 1 time (and maybe i tired 5 times) and then basically gave up trying in the future. i was looking to track my orders to see what portion shipped (i will wait for emails ).

emails on shipping came timely.

company is fine, quality is fine, website: starts 5,5,1 respectively

overpriced

I had a very positive experience placing an order with White Flower Farm however I will not shop there again because once again I was shocked by how small the shrub I ordered was when it was delivered.
