Bought a hoodie as gift for my daughter. Was happy that I managed to get it during a sale. Hoodie arrived but I quickly realised it was too big so had to return it. But there is a no exchange policy and the item was no longer in the sale so I had to repurchase at full price. Added to this labels need to be printed, no QR code option which is a pain if you don’t have access to printer. Also if you want a refund rather than store credit you money is deducted from refund amount!
Would not be in a hurry to use again. Having said that daughter likes her hoodie.

Purchased with same day shipping and paid $12.95 if ordered before 10am. No order arrived!!! I was then told they don't do same day shipping on a long weekend. The blame was put on me as I shouldn't have ordered on a Saturday of a long weekend even though the option was available at checkout. White Fox, maybe don't have the option of same day shipping at checkout if it is not available! Good luck emailing them, they don't answer. You can only speak to AI. Pathetic customer service. Will definitely think twice before ordering with them again.

aside from the fact that they only exchange, their products are of poor quality, the tags fall off when trying or pulling out of the bag and they won't return even though its clear its unworn, ive reached out to customer service on different occasions and theyre terrible. avoid

absolutely shocking experience. had to chase so many times to receive my refund. i was only returning one item to get a replacement item as needed smaller size. oh my gosh how painful to get refunded for the intial one. 6 emails later, copious time chasing and then having to go back to start as they didnt know what they were doing. even when they realised they had put me out (a lot) no apology no nothing. Oh and to return something to get an exchange, they charge you £6! for exchanging. so making profit out of exchanging. and this isnt the first time Ive had a painful experience in getting a refund, same happened last time. strange how they are really good at taking your money, but refunding they are shocking at. cant wait for my daughter to find another brand, as I massively begrudge paying for a brand who dont frankly give a s!!! about their customers.

I’m really disappointed with both the quality and customer service from White Fox.
I wore a jumpsuit once (it hasn’t even been washed) and it has already started bubbling and fraying, which clearly shows it’s not of satisfactory quality. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, items should be durable and fit for purpose, and this does not meet those standards.
Despite providing photos, I was refused a refund and only offered partial store credit due to their returns policy. However, statutory rights override store policies in cases of faulty goods.
I would advise others to be cautious when purchasing.

I ordered a top and bottoms for an event I was going to on a Saturday. I ordered the outfit on the Wednesday before and paid £6 extra for next day delivery to make sure I was happy with the outfit. It didn’t arrive until the Saturday when it was too late because I had already left. The whole cost was £70. Paying this much for an outfit is already ridiculous, then paying extra on top for next day delivery I expect it to arrive the next day like I paid for. Extremely disappointed.

I have had the worst experience I have ever had buying from this company. I made a clothes order worth £600 and genrated a returns label 4 days after my parcel arrived as many of the clothes did not fit. There was also a missing dress from my order.
After submitting the return, a returns label was not generated for an unknown reason. I emailed the customer service team stating a dress was missing from my order and I also needed a returns label generated. The company asked for my home address to send the missing dress to, I gave my address and then no response. I followed thisnup asking if my dress had been sent to then be told my parcel had arrived therefore my dress had to be inside. I explained again although the parcel had arrived the dress was missing, no response was given.
With regards to the return label I emailed the company multiple times before finally I was told that the returns team were dealing with this and a return label would be ready via the online portal in 48hrs. 48hrs passed, no returns label available. I emailed the white fox team multiple times stating there was no returns label and I had only a few more days left until the 14 day return period was over. Again, no response from the team until today. I emailed again today, stating this was the final day I was able to send back my parcel and could I please get a retun label generated and sent to myself. White fox responded stating it had now been 14 days and I was no longer able to return my parcel, despite the countless times I had already emailed for a label and was ignored.
The customer service from this company has been absolutely appalling and has caued me allot of stress and upset. I encourage no one to buy from this company. I have lost £600 woth of clothes and I am currently going through my bank to try sort this out. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Horrific experience! I ordered jumpers and one had an issue with one, I only noticed when wearing as it was the zipper. Took over a month to hear back even after requesting a return, the return was refused even though the item was faulty. Had to go back and forth over email and received responses if and when. Please avoid and shop elsewhere!

Poor quality products with extensive piling after just one wash. The customer service is even worse! They’re not interested in helping or resolving the situation and say that piling is normal and can be removed. I’m sorry but not the quality I expect!

Update April 15 - since this review they now claim to have “received” the shirt and have offered a store credit for the value of the shirt. I have no verification of this as there is no account to put the credit on and have no instructions as to how to use said credit. I have been asking for a defund since day one, however they say tha is against their policy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. YOU WILL BE LUCKY TO RECEIVE IT, AND IF YOU DON’T, OR THERE IS ANYTHING WRONG, IT IS A NIGHTMARE OF SLOW REPLIES, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY AND THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY.
Horrible customer service. I ordered a shirt for my daughter for Christmas at the end of November. It shipped out arrived in my town. No delivery was attempted and it shipped back to White Fox the same day.
I used Apple Pay so it is the same address that I received multiple packages for through Christmas, with no failed deliveries.
I went to the shipping company and they said that it came to their warehouse, was processed and shipped back the same day. They said White Fox had received it.
Three months later and I’m still fighting for my refund. They just keep saying that because I put in the address, it’s my fault that I didn’t receive it, even though the shipping company says it was shipped back to them and they got it.
Looking at reviews, this is a common problem. Whenever I email to discuss the matter, I get the same general response that they will not refund until they receive the shirt. The shipping company says they’ve received it and they still will not refund me. It’s a continuous loop horrible customer service!

My most recent order with White Fox was marked delivered and I unfortunately have never received it. Their customer service was exceptional as they have been in constant communication with me for nearly a week straight continually checking in and keeping me in the loop. As majority of my order had already gone out of stock, I was issued a full store credit as a gesture to make things right. This was beyond generous, as I fully understand that this was not the stores error in any way, but rather the delivery carrier.
