Unfortunately you deserve none star! Very bad agency! Everytime when was something to fixed in the house, YOU doesn't care. YOU treating us to move from the house what we rent and tell us YOU will come in the house with YOUR keys! P. S BE VERY CAREFUL THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!

I have spent over 1000 pounds with this company yet they have ignored numerous messages snd calls
Don’t trust these guys once they have your money they run

The worst company I ever dealt with , avoid this company at all cost. For obvious safety reason I will not say what caused me to left this review but feel free to send me a message I will expose them for you.

If you are a tenant and want a hasslefree tenancy and the ability to have your deposit returned at the end of the tenancy do not use whitegates.
If you are a landlord and want to have a hasslefree tenancy because you are paying a fee to a letting agents do not use whitegates.
If you want your telephone calls returned and your emails responded to, if you do not want to be told stuff and nonsense lies and have to encounter and uncover scams do not use whitegates for example a departing tenant hands the keys to my property to Whitegates they email me tell me they have the keys I ask them to keep hold of them until I am able to go into Leicester to collect them. I telephone to say I will be in Leicester the following day for the keys I arrive to be told no one is available I go back an hour later to be told there is no one available I come home I call them after five calls I speak to someone and I’m told that the keys have been handed to a new letting agent. What absolute nonsense firstly Whitegates would not be able to hand my keys to another agent or indeed anyone else without my instructions and authority otherwise they are acting unlawfully secondly if that had been the case they would have (or ought to have) told me when I rang to say that I would be going to Leicester the following day. When I eventually spoke to the managing director/owner Who told that the keys had been destroyed. An absolute shambles you will get more sense and more satisfaction Talking to a tree. Avoid like the plague they will promise you the Earth and serve you the sewer.

First of all i want to say i do not write online reviews this is out of pure frustraion and getting nowhere with them!! Milana one of the workers is very rude and has even put the phone down on me for no rason. have been passed around to 3 different people. Milana made promises just to get me off the phone, then did not come though with what she said. Even the MD got envoled Mitul and Jame still no change, hopless. Hello you have done this about 3 times you have scheduled and not turned up and you have the key !!

I have had numerous call from BT (Raj) saying there going to bring the router, Raj told me malina/Whitegates has the router. It been over a week and still no one has been bothered to drop it off. Continued shocking service from Whitegates/Martin & Co. Almost 4 months now no WiFi !!! And expect people to pay for a service there not getting ???

Somebody needs to check the boiler as well it is not working properly the pressure drop every morning, and has stopped working a few times I had to restart it. The pressure should not be dropping like that everyday. When was the last time the boiler was serviced ?? Can you please give me a date. You have advertised this property as furnished and I have been very patient and waited for this to be replaced but it don’t look like you guy can manage basic customer services, like making a call and updating your service users. I have attached pictures of the sofa which has been like that over a year and a table. Please give me a date when you intend to have these replaced. Also the extractor fan in the kitchen hasn’t worked for over a year and the grease is everywhere.

The worst quality service I have ever experienced in the property management business. For the obvious reasons, I can not expose myself. However, I have solid evidence for their s.ty service for who is interested.

Very happy with the service received and would highly recommend when it comes to moving again. Knowledgable and helpful staff who kept me up to date all the time.
