We had our pergola fitted on the 7th of this month.
We are really pleased with the product,everything they said it would be.
Mark/Derek/Abraham were simply amazing,made a really good job of it.
They were on time,efficient really nice lads.
The covers are amazing also.
Worth every penny.

Would prefer human contact re delivery date
Ordering online was straightforward, though I thought delivery charges were high for one large box. I received text for delivery day which was no good for me and then was unable to speak to anyone to rearrange, I left mssg on chatbot and it took a few days to receive new delivery date, again by text. Goods arrived on day with good communication and helpful delivery team. Item was easy to assemble and good quality.

I ordered a storage box 12 days ago…
I ordered a storage box 12 days ago that said it would be delivered within 3-5 days - I paid a premium delivery to have my item assembled. After 12 days no one has contacted me and I have no idea or if and when its being delivered - terrible communication would not use this company again

Great service, comms and items
Ordered the 6 x 3 Legacy Pergola, with the louvered roof, along with one 3 ft Privacy screen. Overall it was a great experience, the CS guy (Felix) was very helpful and I am delighted with the pergola and screen. The build quality is great and made a real difference to our back garden. I will be ordering more Privacy screens in the future.

Love our new pergola
Great range of pergolas and able to find exactly what I wanted, Delivery was hassle free and placed in my garden with care. Able to put up in a few hours with the help of my teenage son and looks amazing. The free heater that came with it was the cherry on top, had it on several times and keeps us lovely and warm. Honestly couldn't fault any element of my experience. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.
