Worst customer service ever …
Cantilever parasol came without manual and a few parts. They sent the incorrect missing part 3 times each time some 2 weeks apart. I spent the whole unprecedented summer heatwave without shade in my garden and lounge.
Customers service absolutely useless. In the end I had to ask for a refund. I ordered the parasol at the end of June 26 and did not manage to get it collected and refunded until the end of August.

We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing it must have been to receive your parasol without the correct manual and parts, and then to receive the incorrect replacement part multiple times, with lengthy delays between each attempt to resolve the issue. We’re particularly sorry that this left you without the shade you had expected to enjoy during the summer.
We also apologise for the time it took to arrange the collection and refund. We appreciate that having to make repeated calls and enquiries over several weeks was far from the level of service you should have received.
We can confirm that your refund was approved on 28 August. Once a refund has been actioned, it can take a further 5–7 working days to appear against the original payment method, so you should now be seeing this reflected in your bank account.
We are also reaching out to you directly as we would like the opportunity to make amends for the inconvenience and frustration caused throughout this experience.
We’re sorry again that we let you down on this occasion, and we appreciate your patience while these issues were being resolved.

From the day we stepped foot into White Stores in Manchester, the excellent service began, all thanks to the wonderful Wado! 🥰
He offered us drinks if required and let us have a good look around both levels, taking in their vast range of products. We were particularly drawn to the Legacy Pergola in Pebble.
Wado came upstairs to greet us, and we sat down as if we were already in our own garden! 😂 He talked us through everything, answered every single question we had, worked out a price and gave us a lead time once payment had been made.
We went home with the brochure to decide on the size. We actually changed our minds about the size after we had paid — but it was absolutely no problem for Wado! Nothing was too much trouble. 🙌
We couldn't wait for the pergola to arrive and to have it assembled by their amazing team at Byelaws. The assembly took 2 hours and 10 minutes precisely! ⏱️ Two great guys who are absolute experts in their field. They worked brilliantly and clearly knew exactly what they were doing.
To say we are thrilled with our pergola is an understatement! ❤️ The quality is absolutely outstanding, and it has completely transformed our outdoor space. It adds value to our home while giving us a beautiful area for friends and family to enjoy together.
The lights are brilliant 💡 and the heater certainly belts some heat out! 🔥
A huge thank you to the amazing Wado for answering all our WhatsApps, both in and out of his working hours. Your customer service has been fantastic from start to finish.

Ordered a dining set in the sale…
Ordered a dining set in the sale however this wasn't in stock. l spoke to customer service and at first l felt they weren't very helpful however l then contacted the sales team and spoke to Fraser Murray who was brilliant l ordered another one and was delivered really quickly.
Very happy with the dining set very good quality would order from whitestores again.

Great customer service
I recently contacted Whie Stores customer service about .damage to my rattan coffee table.The matter was dealt with by Jade and she quickly confirmed that this would be covered by the 5 year guarantee,she arranged for a replacement to be ordered and this was received within a couple of days .
Subsequent contact was made with Jade and she could not have been more helpful.
I can honestly say that from my initial purchase to this contact ,Whites stores,from their customer service,warehouse staff and delivery drivers have been exceptional and Jade deserves a special mention for her fantastic customer service.Well done 🙌🙌🙌

After making numerous attempts in contacting DHL e commerce regarding a returned item my attempts came to no avail . However Irene in customer service for the White stores took matters in hand and offered as a 'good will gesture ' a refund even though the parasol base had been lost in transit. We purchased a pergola from you and it…
We purchased a pergola from you and it was fitted on monday 3rd August 2026. A little over two weeks from fitting one of the screens came out of it's runner so we a were unable to use ot safely. Having contacted white stores in Milton Keynes I was advised to ring your customer service line. After sending three emails and several photos and videos it was deemed that the pergola was not Plumb ( level) and that is some of the reason for screen coming away. Also some roof slats not closing properly due to electric flex being in the way. I am still waiting ( at least 2 weeks) to be contacted for correction of these faults and refitting. I'm am wholly unsatisfied and disappointed with white stores for not sorting this out and also the lack of communication has been terrible. The cost of pergola was £4500- a lot of money to spend when you cannot use properly
