We shopped in our local Beverley store today and had a great experience. I tried on a couple of lovely quality, new season, jumpers and the sales assistant, Abigail, was so helpful and engaging. Really knowledgable about the clothes and was enthusiastic in discussing options on how to style my new purchase. Such great customer service and a credit to the store.

Quality is excellent but sizing bizarre. 20R is smaller than 18R! Had to return that pair. The 18 is excellent, good fabric, cut and fit.

Good sale discounts. Service at the till was friendly and efficient. I reported that the changing cubicle needed sweeping - I had dropped a garment on the floor and when I picked it up there were several dirty clumps of fluff. Fortunately I was able to blow them off and the blouse was not marked.

Always friendly and helpful staff without being "pushy". Changing rooms spacious and tidy. Always use the store and have bought lovely clothes in there

I just love this dress. I bought it to celebrate my husband’s 80 th birthday. It hangs beautifully, made from viscose, it feels gorgeous to wear. It’s lovely colours and I had so many compliments. The fit is perfect too.

I ordered a pair of shorts but they were too big! The staff were very helpful and got a smaller pair sent out to me !
I also purchased two tops and a skirt all beautiful quality and as always lovely fabric ! Thanks White Stuff!

Quality of garment

Been a while since I ordered from White stuff, I cant think why because whenever I do order its always excellent quality - the sizing is perfect for me and great choice of T shirts - I will be ordering again soon - worth more than the 5 stars

I came in for a dress that was on offer and I ended buying a second one also on offer due to the great choice and styles of dresses. Staff were polite, efficient and helpful.

The White Stuff shop in The shopping outlet at Ashford had a great choice of sizes and styles. Clothes are well made with nice fabrics and colours. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

I bought this dress as l loved it, yes l waited for it to be reduced, as it was out my budget. But the style is idea for my frame and the colour suits my tone ideal too.

I ordered a top online as it was not available in my size in any of the nearby White Stuff stores. The top was delivered to my nearest store within 3 days and, as expected, it fitted perfectly and is so comfortable to wear. Excellent service and excellent quality too! The staff on the store are very helpful and friendly, which is an extra bonus. I now have four of your tops and can recommend them highly.

Fast delivery to store. Good service in store. One of polo shirts did not suit, very quickly refunded.

I had purchased a dress in two sizes and picked them up via click & collect. One I returned immediately in store as it was too large. I returned the other a few days later, in store, as had decided it didn't suit me. All was fine but the return receipts on my banking app were confusing as both returns were dated the date I made the purchase, rather than the two different dates on which they were returned. I find this confusing as it was hard to differentiate between the two.
