It was super easy to order online and very fast delivery, great communication too. They had everything I needed in stock, which was great. Always a great experience
I always order from WBJ. As a tattoo artist, it is importand to me to be up to date with my order and be able to choose from different products as everybody's body is different. I use Moth needles all the time. Everything is top quality without overpaying. My delivery always been on time and well packaged. And you can always find a cheeky little discount on products too.

The moth cartridges are great
The moth cartridges are great. Reasonably priced, good quality, and shipped fast. However with my last few orders I haven't received any stickers, when other artists in the studio have. This makes me sad 😔

Customer communication needs attention....
My latest transaction was my first time ordering items online rather than over the phone. I found out via a Paypal message, because I'd been issued a refund, that there was a problem with my order. A handwritten note explaining that an item was currently out of stock was inside the box on reciept of my order. This was the only contact from ordering that I had about the issue. Previously if there was any issue with an order they would contact you to let you know and even offer an alternative before they shipped it out, but that no longer seems to happen. There seems to be some kind of link missing between departments which is impacting their customer service relations as my previous order had exactly the same problem with communication resulting in a return, refund and replacement. I've since registered with, and ordered from, a rival company in case these problems keep occurring.
Everything else about my order was perfectly fine as per usual, website was easy to navigate, items arrived on time, invoices sent by email etc. But I do think the communication between their ordering and warehouse/shipping departments needs some attention.
