As a European customer, a total failure.
The return must be done at your own expense (to Australia) and you get your money only in the form of a credit.
When asked, it was pointed out that these are the rules, well then further orders are just pointless. If the return is rejected due to a problem, you have to pay shipping again to get your property back. So -> never ever.

I placed an order for my wife today. After I placed the order - i realized I have put in a few wrong sizes. I contacted chat support and they were awesome - updated my order in a couple minutes, hassle free.
I am now adding further feedback after giving them a good rating when I purchased, I have had nothing but issues with them from confirming the order which required multiple emails back and forth, to delayed shipping, and now telling me products were not in stock - probably the worst online buying experience I’ve had in years. It’s been almost 3 weeks since my order and I have still not received the products.

Ignoring consumer protection laws
I tried ordering for the first time and the fabric quality was not what I expected. So far, so good, that happens, so I wanted to return the (unworn!) goods.
As a European consumer I have a right to return goods for a full refund, but WW is ignoring that.
I have sent them all required documentation, but they simply do not reply to my emails.
I now had to send the case to the consumer protection ministry.
WW has seemingly nice products, but their way of handling returns is illegal and everybody should be aware of that.
Edit: As can be seen below quite clearly, they refer to their return policies, completely ignoring that their return policies are opposing EU law, which must not be the case.
Also, for clarification I would like to state that I have not received a reply for 11 days before I decided to write this review, which they also conveniently forgot to mention below.

In accordance with our policy, we offer store credit for returns if no quick exchange order was placed and if there was no fault in the original item sent to you. I see that this was also explained to you in our email replies dated 24th, 25th, and 26th of Sept. during your correspondence with our customer support team.
There is no damage to the original items sent to you and you also did not place a quick exchange order so a refund is not an option on this occasion. I hope this helps clarify things further for you and we appreciate your kind understanding.
