And again a not delivered order
Our 3. And last review over wicked weasel, after some problems over the Shop we bought now over eBay on 30.of april a in stock item, today on the 05 june is the parcel not delivered, no mail from the german customer service, payed but recived nothink. Contact with the ebay service we had 2 times, they sayed our order is delivered soon, give us a little bit time please but now 2 weeks later we recived nothink. Again a very bad experience with wicked weasel, now we have a tigress bikini Top but no string to it..... if the service says to you they will do it in future better, its a lie, the problems are now since some years and they will not end.... today we must give our problem to the ebay service team to recive our money back.
Sad we must give 1 of 5 stars, normaly it must be 0 of 5 stars.....

Great bikinis as always
Bought a bundle in the sample sale, great looking items as always! Only annoyance was the matching bikini set’s sizing was off slightly so it’s too small and can’t return due to being a sample. I guess that’s the risk you take with the sample sale sadly. Order no 278840

Great fitting. Really hot. Girlfriend and I are longtime customers and very much prefer XXS or XS on an extremely small body but with sexy 34-D enhancements and the tiny sizes barely cover but are so hot by the designs and fabric type.

Exchanges take WAY too long
Their clothing is very nice, but their customer service process is extremely disappointing. I wanted to exchange one item, so I purchased a "rapid" replacement and send the original one back. It was received in Los Angeles on April 22. The company then ships the items to themselves in Australia, and will not issue the refund until they get the item back there. It is now May 26, and I am STILL waiting for the refund of the original item. It appears from the tracking report they sent me that it is still sitting in customs in Australia. Several emails have assured me "it won't take too much longer".

Please allow us to explain that as per our standard policy, our valued customers are welcome to return items in new condition with tags attached for a quick exchange or a store credit up to 90 days after the order has been dispatched.
We normally offer the Quick Exchange option for our customers to receive their desired exchange styles and sizes, while the unwanted items are in transit back to our facility in Australia. We understand that this is not a suitable option for you at this time due to your preferred exchange size being unavailable.
We totally understand that not getting the items that you like can be frustrating, and please also be assured that we do our best to refill our shelves with our high-quality bikinis to meet the high demand.
As previously discussed via email, we accommodated your request to receive a cash refund as a one-off gesture of goodwill. However, we hope you understand that as agreed, the returns must be received and assessed at our AU warehouse before we can issue your refund.
While it is unforeseen and unfortunate that the package has been stuck in customs, we are now taking steps to retrieve this and further expedite processing your refund.

The fabrics are high quality.
