Came in to store and can’t thank the staff so much for helping thank you Barnsley staff

Our bathroom was tiny, awkward and tight,
No space to breathe, no sense of light.
Then Kerry from Wickes came into the frame,
And honestly, nothing’s been quite the same.

With pinks and greens she balanced the tone,
Turned a cramped little room to a space of its own.
Brushed brass taps with a soft golden gleam,
Now everything looks like a designer’s dream.

She measured and planned with precision and care,
Found storage and style from thin air.
Not an inch wasted, not a detail missed,
Every finish polished, refined, and crisp.

And here’s the part that surprised us the most,
The price stayed grounded,no need to boast.
All done for under 11k
For work this good? That’s more than okay.

So if your bathroom’s small, dated or weary,
Go straight to Wickes and ask for Kerry.

Kerry has been so wonderful the entire process of designing my bathroom!

So friendly, knowledgeable and made the entire process fun filled. She made great friends with my dog, Croissant, and I can't wait to see it all come together.

Not worth 2 ticks! Did not honour appointment with John Tickle (not made up name) and store was unattended by kitchen designers the Saturday prior. Very poor service and unprofessional conduct. Will take my business elsewhere. If I didn’t know better I’d think they were closing down.

Saw Kerry at wicks to design a kitchen. She was fabulous. Nothing too much trouble for her. Fabulous design and saved us some money. Explained the everything thoroughly. Would definitely recommend her.

We recently ordered a kitchen from Wickes with the expert help and advice of kitchen designer Fiona. The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Fiona guided us through the process with her wide range of knowledge and answered our many questions thoroughly. She is definitely an asset to Wickes and I would recommend anyone thinking about ordering a kitchen then to book an appointment with her.

Kerry and Fiona in the Barnsley design team were excellent in helping with the design or my kitchen.
Nothing was too much trouble and they ensured the design meet my needs .

Kerry stepped in when Fiona was on leave and made changes that I decided I needed. She advised when specifications were out cos of my changes, tweaked things and sorted it . I absolutely highly recommend

Great experience from start to finnish the initial home visit from fiona who was very friendly and easy to talk to made designing my kitchen easy and straightforward and all deliveries were scheduled at a convenient time. The installers who fitted the kitchen again were all very knowledgeable and trustworthy and after the first meeting left them to their work most of the week. The kitchen was finnished quickly cleanly and to a great standard. Will definitely reccomemd wickes to friends and family and won't hesitate to use them again. Thankyou

Been doing some DIY. Had some peces delivered which were far too heavy and large for me to carry. (Had delivery problems but separate review. Been in shop several times as well and the staff here at Barnsley were excellent. The star is lost on the product. Got some MDF fully finished white cladding. Used it before and the product is very good BUT and it is an important BUT it's where Wickes put the product stickers. Some were on the rear of the cladding, fine they go to the wall. Here's the BUT and it's that many were on the face of the cladding, some came off with a lot of pratting and time wasted but many didn't and had to really work hard to remove them and then they left a residue of the glue on the wood. Cleaned what I could off but left a visible area where it had been. As an aside the Wickes Instant Grab is second to none for what it is and for price. Put first couple on with Evo grab glue and the were falling off the wall as I prepared the next one. Went and got Wickes and it grab almost instantly and once in place never moved. So Glue get 10 stars.

We met Kerry who did a brilliant job designing our kitchen based on what we needed, Kerry was very knowledgeable in what would work best in our space and was friendly and helpful throughout. The kitchen is now completed and we couldn't be happier. The whole process was coordinated at regular stages by Wickes customer services. Once again we would like to thank Kerry the designer and the installers (Gary and Ben) who in my veiw are a credit to Wickes.

Went to design a bathroom and wickes Barnsley, and the man (Gary) who did our appointment was rude and very unwelcoming. Constantly spoke down to us from the start. It was like he didn’t want to do the appointment, made out what we wanted to do would be expensive, like why is that a problem?
Also didn’t even offer to design the bathroom with us, which I thought was the point of the appointment? Basically rushed us out and didn’t want to be there. Said he’d email us a design, which I thought the appointment was for us to design it there? Won’t be going to wickes again. Will go to a more friendly designer who is happy to actually help us design our bathroom! Felt very uncomfortable.

I don’t normally write reviews , but we went in to buy a new kitchen and Kerry manterfield booked to come round and design for us. She was very helpful and very professional. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Kerry was very helpful in planning our kitchen, she listened to our requirements and helped us choose the correct products. She went into detail helping us to select everything we needed to complete our purchase. We were not rushed or made to purchase anything the decision was ours.
She was very professional and listened to us, she went through everything with us to make sure our needs were met before finalizing the plans.
Once the plans were finalized she went through everything again to ensure we had everything we required.
We were made to feel relaxed and have confidence in her.

I attended store today to see my kitchen design with Kerry, after she visited my home for a planning and design appointment. Kerry was fantastic, listened to my ideas and concerns . she was very knowledgeable and came up with solutions, to any queries I had. I did not feel rushed or pressurised. kerry took her time with me, it was a pleasant experience and I recommend wickes especially Kerry to design your new kitchen.

I used to work for this company.
They are terrible it's all about taking the money ,I saw it time and time again. They treat there fitters so bad they actually told me that if 100 of you left we would just get 100 more
Meaning we were worthless to them.
There instal manager over my area was useless and I had worked with him before and he took the 1st opportunity to get me out.
What a poor all round company.
