I have been using Wickes regularly for many years. I find most of the older staff very friendly and easy to talk to especially Dawn who is like a breath of fresh air and always brightens my day when I call in on the way to a job as she did today.
Unfortunately the young staff are often quite minimal in their eye contact and smiles as are many of their generation and more training and encouragement could be given to improve their public facing skills which make all the difference in feeling valued as a Wickes customer.

Love my Wickes kitchen
We recently had a new kitchen from Wickes Bedford. Melanie was our designer. Her measuring on the home visit was spot on and when it came to deciding the final bits her advice was great. We chose Chester Reed Green for the kitchen but were unsure about worktops etc but with her help the final kitchen is great. We used our own installer so cannot comment on their installation services. Delivery was also excellent and the door that was delivered damaged was replaced immediately. Extremely happy with my new kitchen
