I recently had a kitchen installed…

I recently had a kitchen installed through Wickes and wanted to share my experience. Firstly, I cannot praise Faz, the Design Consultant, highly enough. From the very beginning, Faz was absolutely fantastic, providing excellent communication throughout the entire process and paying attention to every little detail. Her professionalism, knowledge, and commitment to ensuring everything was right made what could have been a stressful project feel straightforward and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Faz to anyone considering a new kitchen installation.

Unfortunately, the main disappointment during the process was the Customer Experience Centre. Resolving issues relating to an installed appliance and concerns regarding the quality of some flooring took many months. Throughout this time, I was repeatedly passed back and forth between Wickes and the manufacturer, which became frustrating and time-consuming. However, once it was determined that sending an engineer from the manufacturer would cost more than replacing the appliance itself, the matter was quickly escalated to management. Since then, arrangements have been made for both the appliance replacement and the flooring quality issues to be rectified.

Overall, while the aftercare process fell short of expectations, the outstanding service provided by Faz and the eventual resolution of the outstanding issues means my experience has ended on a much more positive note.

Our introduction to purchasing a kitchen from Wickes has been very positive. This has been entirely down to Design Consultant Donna Harris at the Cannock store who has been extremely helpful and informative. We appreciated her guidance and attention to detail. Donna is very professional and polite. She listened carefully to our ideas, offered guidance and put us completely at ease. Our home visit went well and our subsequent follow up appointment reassured us and helped us to decide that we are happy to purchase our kitchen from Wickes.

Very poor customer service

I don't normally write reviews however there is absolutely no customer service at wicked Cannock I went into the store to advise there was a issue getting a trolley not wicked fault ,someone had struck a penny in the slot and jammed up lock,no one bothered to come and attend to the issue they were all just standing around talking.i did manage to get a trolley of another customer, I purchased what I needed, I told the cashier but to be honest she didn't appear to care either.

Very knowledgeable

The service we had from Faz was brilliant from start to finish. The kitchen design was perfect - after a few tweaks! Faz was very patient and helpful and was also very knowledgeable.

The quality of the products is great - much better than some of the higher priced suppliers.

I would highly recommend.

My new kitchen was finished yesterday…

My new kitchen was finished yesterday and only took ten days.
It looks great and we are very pleased with it.

In the cannock branch was very good from the start, she definitely knew her stuff.
The fitter was Chris Richmond and he did an excellent job.
He came recommended by a friend who had a new kitchen a few years before.
He worked mainly on his own, he turned up on time and did not disappear like some trades men do .
He even worked over a couple of days and completed the job when he said he would.
We would definitely recommend him and wickes.

Scott was very patient and helpful in…

Scott was very patient and helpful in planning my new kitchen from start to finish. The fitter Sofiane from Avatar Building Ltd was also extremely helpful courteous and followed my wishes and instructions and offered advice where I was undecided. My kitchen was fitted over 2 and a half days. The only blip was that there was a week’s delay due to some parts being missed off the order.

Design phase done with fantastic support

We purchased a kitchen from Wickes this week. Our Design Consultant Faz has been brilliant from the start. She was very approachable and extremely knowledgeable re the products offered by Wickes. Faz amended the kitchen design each time we needed her to with no hesitation. She has been professional throughout the process and has given lots of good advice, always with a smile on her face.
It was a real pleasure working with her on this project. Thank you Faz!

Amazing experience!

I was a little uncertain on what kitchen I wanted after visiting different places and by chance met one of the designers faz whilst leaving the shop. After arranging an appointment she helped with options I could choose from and made the entire plan come together easily. I was then assigned Tony who came out to review the plans and followed up with checks before install day. Tony followed every request that was added and has done an amazing job and managed to finish the work better than anticipated. He also followed up on some additional checks promptly and visited to install some replacement doors that were needed. The only negative I can mention was the customer service person assigned to my order was never in direct contact with me. The replacement doors were managed by Tony and I was able to speak to other customer service team members to help with the delivery. I have had time since the install to use the kitchen daily and everything is working perfectly. I can't thank Faz and Tony enough and made the whole process very easy and stress free.

Outstanding Bathroom Design service

Just finished the design phase of my new bathroom which has been so good I am happy to say I am now eagerly awaiting the fitting.
I have worked with Scott through the home visit and the instore design and he has been so easy to work with. He was polite, pleasant, attentive and importantly for me had a sense of humour which made the whole process just feel like a chat. At no point through the process have I felt under any sort of pressure or subject to any 'sales' pitches.
Scott has totally understood me and my taste and how I need this room to work for me. He has absolutely nailed the design to the point I actually ditched some of my pre conceived ideas to go with his design. In fact it was that good I think we only changed 1 thing which was a colour. There was no pressure or rush during the store visit and Scott ensured that wherever possible I saw everything in person and experienced how things would look and feel. Sorry for making you carry those samples everywhere!!!!!
Having signed on the dotted line there was still no rush and a clear explanation of the next stages was provided.
Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Wickes Cannock and in particular Scott

Went in not knowing what I was doing/looking for. Thankfully, lovely Brett was there to help! He listened to what the problem was, identified what I needed, helped me carry them to the check out and car. All while being polite, joyful and ever so helpful. Top notch customer service.

Scott, a great kitchen designer

We had a Wickes kitchen designer, Scott, visit our home yesterday and I honestly couldn’t fault the experience. He was a really pleasant guy – knowledgeable, polite and refreshingly not pushy at all.

Scott took the time to listen to what we wanted, asked the right questions about how we actually use the space, and came up with some great ideas that really worked for us. It felt very collaborative rather than sales-driven, which we really appreciated.

A thoroughly positive experience from start to finish. Thank you, Scott.

great kitchen experience at Wickes

All the design staff from Wickes were so welcoming and helpful, they made choosing the right kitchen to suit our needs a real easy and enjoyable experience. Our kitchen designer Faz, was lovely, so friendly and knowledgeable, and easy to work with, she created a great new kitchen design and guided us through the whole process from start to finish.

I felt like the designer was not very…

I felt like the designer was not very welcoming , was rushing as she only have one hour . I felt like she is not interested to do business with me . But wicks have some really good kitchen .
