Ria Hassan did a plan that looks better in reality than it did on paper. It is so well designed, light, airy and looks twice the size with the way units have been moved around. Wickes delivered everything on time except for the worktops, which we and the fitters had not wait for, delaying completion by three days. The fitters were professional and tidy.

Don’t think your designer likes their job or cares to be honest.

Nathan the manager was exceptionally helpful from when we arrived into the store. He guided us to purchase the best products, asked us about the project that we were doing to our home and ensured we had everything that we needed. Even though the store was near closing time he still made sure he was attentive to what we needed and even helped pack the products in our car

We have just had a kitchen fitted
We have just had a kitchen fitted. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. The kitchen designer (Influence) was extremely helpful and provided good ideas in planning the kitchen. The customer services team were always available to help. Finally the Kitchen fitters (R B Kitchens) have done a truly wonderful job. The finish is quite outstanding.

I often visit the Wickes Colonnades branch on the Purley Way . I wish to commend the great service I have received on so many occasions from ViVi who is an absolute asset for your organisation . She will so often stop to say hello and when I ask for assistance on various store items , not only will she lead me to the exact place but also explain the range of products that are available to me .
