Great five-star service from Jon…
Great five-star service from Jon Firmin, the Design Consultant, in Wickes and the rest of the staff in the Dundee store. He has designed my Kitchen, Utility, Shower room and Loft WC. I always go back to him. He is open to suggestions and alternatives to his designs but you usually end up returning to his original ideas. Also, if you have any issue with your order, go to Jon in the first instance and he will sort it out without fuss, as the Wickes Customer Services phone line will suck the life out of your soul.

Awful company
Awful company. Measured my kitchen incorrectly, assured verbally it would be rectified before installation day. It was not and they fought me every step of the way when I pleaded they correct their error. This resulted in them blocking access to the stopcock, the sink being fitted too close to an adjacent wall rendering it inaccessible and losing valuable worktop space. Customer service do not fully record their calls (just take notes) so my concerns were not recorded. Which meant my complaint to the FHIO (although they stated they did believe the conversations took place and Wickes were in the wrong) could not be upheld as there was no proof. Do not use this company for anything. If you have to, record everything yourself or get every detail however insignificant in writing.
