Wickes - Epsom Reviews 

Why blast me with loud music when all I want to buy is some hardware. Think they must be trying to promote on line shopping. Loud noise is used as a form of torture or to confuse so can’t think why Wickes do this.

We had Nadir as our designer and I could not recommend enough! He is very polite and he is quick to tell us which ideas are feasible vs wouldn't work, which has saved us from a lot of headache in the long run. The kitchen he designed looks amazing, and we've gotten him back for getting some extra bits and bobs around the house sorted to match.

We went to buy materials for a base to go under a heat pump unit. They had everything we needed in stock. At the checkout the cashier, Matt, asked if we would like to set up a trade account to save 10%. We did this there and then and took the saving straight away. This was very helpful and was very good customer service. Sent from my iPhone

I shop regularly at Wickes Epsom on behalf of my customers for various gardening and handyman jobs. Kosheem and his colleagues have always been very kind and helpful and quick to respond. Always a pleasure to deal with Kosheem and the rest of the staff there.

I needed help with stock levels on the paint. Pia was very helpful and friendly. Happy to visit Wickes again for anything d.i.y. related when I need anything.

I went wicks kiln lane to get paint and brush to paint my sons room, as an amateur I didn’t know what to get , Pia was so helpful in showing me the things I need and where they are located, so friendly and helpful. Thank you Pia! Best customer service in Wicks!

The staff at Wickes Epsom are brilliant, they went above and beyond. I lost my card holder with all my cards and cash in, retraced my steps, could not find it. Matt saw me coming to the check out and saw my face drop as I realised I’d lost them. Him and Josh A went looking and carried on after I left to see if it was handed in elsewhere. They called 10 minutes later to say they had found it!!
Cannot thank them enough, saved my day! Amazing customer service!

I was staying with my parents who needed work doing on their house. I came to Wickes to buy materials mainly paint. Kusheem helped me on each of my 3 visits, helping me to find paints, managing refund always with a smile. It was great customer service.

Wickes in Epsom have always provided a friendly and professional service to us. Matt, Pia Zakil and all staff have incredibly helpful, even so when we've had problems with our online order. Can't thank them enough.
Although I do not know the names of other staff, you have also been courteous, and most helpful at all times.

We honestly couldn’t recommend Bilal at Wickes Epsom highly enough. From the very first meeting, he went above and beyond to help us design our new kitchen and made what could have been a stressful process genuinely enjoyable.

We changed our minds several times throughout the design process, explored different layouts, colours, finishes and appliances, and probably gave Bilal more than his fair share of challenges! Throughout all of this, he was incredibly patient, professional and accommodating. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and he was always happy to go back to the drawing board, make changes and talk through the options with us.

What really stood out was how dynamic Bilal was in his approach. He didn’t simply take our ideas and put them into a plan, he actively listened to what we were trying to achieve and then offered thoughtful suggestions, practical advice and ideas that we hadn’t considered ourselves. His knowledge of the products, finishes, layouts and possibilities was fantastic, and he was brilliant at balancing what we wanted with what would actually work in the space.

He also gave us honest and constructive feedback rather than simply agreeing with everything we suggested, which we really appreciated. It felt like he genuinely cared about getting the right kitchen for us rather than just making a sale.

The amount of time, patience and effort he put into our design was exceptional. Even when we were undecided or changed direction, he remained positive, enthusiastic and completely engaged. He made us feel that we could take our time and get everything exactly right.

Ultimately, we are absolutely delighted with the kitchen we have ended up choosing, and Bilal played a huge part in getting us there. His customer service, attention to detail, creativity and willingness to go the extra mile are a real credit to him and to the Wickes Epsom team.

If you are considering a new kitchen and are lucky enough to have Bilal help with your design, you are in very safe hands. We genuinely couldn’t recommend him highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. An absolute credit to Wickes!
