Great service in store from Megan. Got all the items I was looking for

Have to say i was pleasantly delighted with my experience, after the utter shambles in B&Q over the years I thought I'd adventure out further afield and by surprise a Wickes store in the very town. I was none the wiser and I'm sure many of you are too. There was a young chap by the name of Ryan, just so pleasant and polite, knew a thing or two about the different types of sand aswell. Such a good experience I had to share it. Made sure I caught his name and the lovely lady at the tills gave me a review card aswell. Will definitely be making a trip in the future with the utmost level of service I received

2 shopfloor staff seemed to busy to help us but Hilary behind the front desk is a diamond. A true asset to your company, helpful friendly and very knowledgeable.

It took a little while to find the water butt I was after, but the staff, especially Fay, was super helpful and didn't give up

Had to collect 173 bags of sub base, ballast, and cement (roughly 4 tonnes) after being let down by another supplier who failed to deliver bulk bags and didn’t communicate why. Timing of the job meant no alternative but to buy in small bags. Stuart at Wickes in Farnborough was enormously helpful, helping us to shift a good number of the bags into the van, and helped us get access to the last load after the gate had been locked. Really helped save the day!

I had great friendly help for a nice lady called cadie. I was after some door handles for my bathroom and wasn't sure what to get and cadie gave me some great advice. So thank you very much.

Cadie was incredibly helpful when I visited this location! She provided top notch customer service and efficiently identified the fan I needed for my home, I'd happily shop here again!

I cane into wicks to buy some pins and was helped by a man that I heard someone else call Sam. He was very friendly and helpful, even though they didn't have what I was looking for I am very happy with Sam's customer service skills

Popped in to get topsoil and compost. I’m in my 80s now and the colleague in the store Fay offered support for me to get my purchases into the car. Great help and support so thoughtful and was very appreciative

I had an absolute nightmare with the delivery. They delivered the tiles days before I had booked it and then even though I contacted customer service to agree a new date they turned up again on a date I hadn’t agreed to . I had to take an impromptu day off to take delivery and they only sent one man. I ended up having to unload my tiles myself. A complete disaster from start to finish

Made an enquiry and booking for a home visit for a full bathroom refit( albeit small). All good up to this point . Good discussion about requirements , made additional booking to review plan and quote for about a week later. Got a call on the morning I was due to go to the showroom to advise ‘system’ issues….since then silence!! Nothing!! Tried calling the branch, asked for the designer by name to which the response was who?? Does he work here?? Not very inspiring!! Still nothing as I write this despite leaving a message for a call back, and being advised in the absence of our visit ‘we will send over your estimate and product list, and reschedule your visit to the branch’ .
Right now have no idea where we are at with this!!!

My wife and I met with Simon Dredge, the kitchen design consultant at Wickes, Farnborough, Hants, to discuss remodelling the kitchen in our house in April 2026. We found Simon to be friendly, honest and very knowledgeable, and he was able to give us some very good design ideas for our kitchen and realistic costings.

The item was ordered in store and duly delivered very quickly from the manufacturers. The towel rail is of good quality.. It is just a shame that that it doesn't have the fixing screws included

Ian was so nice, friendly, patient and very attentive. He provided me with what i needed, as well as some really good advice. He was very informative

I came into Wickes with a simple plumbing problem and met Mark who immediately came up with a solution. When I needed another part he was still in the store and solved that as well. Everyone needs a Mark in their lives. Much better service than your rude, unhelpful competitors. Well done Mark

Dealt with Harry at the Farnborough store, top man, helped me with my queries

The Farnborough store manager supported our maintenance day by donating paint and roofing felt. They also provided useful advice on how to install the roofing felt. A good experience and hopefully one we can repeat.

I came into wickes farnborough on Sunday, looking for a specific tool and a very helpful young lad called Harry came right over and helped me find what I needed, very helpful and lovely boy.
