The sales advisor Emma was super knowledgeable and so so friendly. She made us feel comfortable at every step through the process. She took us through all options after we had given our request on what we wanted, showed us examples in store and created amazing visuals using her software package. We would recommend Emma to anyone considering buying a new kitchen

Terri at Wickes Glasgow was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and was incredibly friendly and patient throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Her knowledge and helpful attitude made choosing everything so much easier. I was really impressed with the service I received, and if I need anything else in the future, I would definitely go back to Terri. Highly recommended!

Wow what a stress free way to plan a new kitchen, kenny our planner was on the ball,very patient and really knew his stuff, such great selection and fits many budgets, would definitely recommend kenny and wickes for your new kitchen.

I can’t recommend Kenny at Wickes Glasgow highly enough. What really stood out was that he did the full initial consultation, measurements review and design work over the phone and email before I even visited the store. Through this he was able to generate an exact mock up of my current bathroom.

He listened to my ideas, worked through product options and sent a clear quote so I could review everything. When I finally went into the branch, everything was already prepared, and he was very helpful when i asked to change colours and tweak products, once updated, we finalised the details and booked the work.

He was knowledgeable, patient, always quick to reply, and made the whole process far less stressful than I expected. The design fits my space and budget perfectly, and the booking was handled smoothly with no confusion.

Kenny is a real credit to Wickes — if you’re planning a bathroom renovation, ask for him!

Our sales person was Kenny from the Glasgow store. What an amazing experience we had. Kenny was so patient, he didn't mind us changing our minds when he was putting the kitchen we wanted onto his computer. He was very helpful, showed us different ideas etc. I felt totally at ease and didn't feel rushed or pressured into anything. There was nothing that was too much trouble for Kenny. If you had more people like Kenny , then your business would be amazing all the time. I would definitely recommend Wickes for kitchen

Hi Kenny McCardle was the sales consultant I spoke with re my kitchen plans and he listened to all my requests, offered many ideas and nothing was any bother to him as I changed my mind countless times. After sales communication has also been extremely prompt and all queries answered.

Orderd 3 bifold doors. Courier came with only one door. Claimed that the depot had phoned me to inform me that the other 2 were damaged - no-one had phoned me. Contacted Wicks who said they had no idea when the order could be fulfilled. I notice that other customers have had the same problems. Avoid requesting home deliveries

dont waste your money on a kitchen from here. half our delivery never came turned up nearly a week late most ov the boxes were damaged.the solid wood worktops were warped and finish is very rough.

I had a kitchen planning consultation with Emma at Wickes and she was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, professional, and really took the time to understand what I wanted from our new kitchen. Our designer Kenny had taken time to explain options available to us for a new kitchen. Kenny had also come out to measure everything for us and this made the process so much easier. We were able to view the kitchen design on the computer software which let us have a really good idea as to what the kitchen would look like. Kenny has been very helpful and even helped with some changes that we wanted to make. Definitely would recommend Wickes based on our experience!

So far so good! Kenny brilliant service and support to date. Kitchen not installed yet so proof in the final outcome. If anything to go by to date with Kenny's professional approach and excellent communication, will be great!
