I can’t recommend Jarek at Wickes…
I can’t recommend Jarek at Wickes highly enough. He supported us throughout our bathroom project and made what could have been a very stressful process feel easy and manageable. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient, always taking the time to listen, explain everything clearly and make sure we were happy with every decision.
His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and his support took so much of the stress out of the whole experience. We’re absolutely delighted with our bathroom and so grateful to Jarek for all his help.

Dan manager
I had spoken to Dan, manager regarding an issue with an item i bought, he offered a refund, which I greatfully accepted, when I got to wickes, another colleague said with all due respect are you sure your plumber didn't fit it wrong..in my head I wanted to say 2 words, I was highly insulted by his comment as the builder/plumber/carpenter who has worked hard to obtain all certification, is actually my Brother!
Dan however, was really helpful, it seems to be a common fault, he apologised for any inconvenience, very amenable and understanding, was a pleasure to deal with Dan. Thank you Dan

Very professional approach
Very professional approach, while other companies based their projects on the one floor plan, which I bring to them, Jarek Gorewicz (Wicks Gloucester) invested his time to come over our house and check the old kitchen by himself. To not base only on the paper plan, but see the light and space.
We did lots of different projects and his was the best + comparing the quality to price I think is the top 1 in the UK.
Highly recommended!

I visited the store today with my mum…
I visited the store today with my mum to look for some bathroom tiles. I came across a member of staff called Imran who was extremely helpful very polite went above and beyond in his role for what I was looking for nothing was too much trouble. My shopping experience today was extremely good. We need more people like this in our shops delivering a good service thank you Imran it was a pleasure.
