Had one damaged pack of tiles delivered…
Had one damaged pack of tiles delivered out of the 24 boxes I ordered. Took it to the store and spoke to an assistant at the till who called over the manager Yasin. He straight away swapped over the pack of tiles for a new one and even carried it out to my car. Great service

Liam and Ty
Went to grab paint and panelling for a room i’m designing, it was my first time so i had no clue what i was doing. However liam and ty from Haworth were excellent help. helped me get exactly what i wanted with a smile on their face. they’re customers service skills were amazing and you can tell they were more than happy to assist me. Will definitely be finding them next time i have a project!

Great experience
Great experience at Wickes today. I came in early in the morning to avoid the busy bank holiday weekend rush. Unfortunately, the store was still very busy. However, the manager on shift, Yasin, handled my click and collect in a very smooth and efficient manner. Despite previous hardships at another Wickes branch, my attitude towards the brand has been changed for the better thanks to Yasin's professionalism. I will make sure to come back here whenever i am in need of supplies in the future.

As a non-DIY-er the shopping was good
I rarely have to visit Wickes as a non-DIY-er and found the experience really friendly and helpful. I bought what I needed and was pleased that it wasn’t at all stressful. The staff were the reason - Liam, that is.
