Dawn, who works at the Harlow branch has the most fantastic customer service! On paying for our goods, she displayed such helpfulness and her bubbly personality kept us entertained to the point where we did not want to leave the store! An absolute credit to your company!!!

Dawn was so helpful with finding items I didn’t know the name of and spent some time helping with the app which I hadn’t set up properly, she really went the extra mile to assist which I was so appreciative

Went in for dulux paint bespoke colour. Joe helped me with mixing the colour for me straight away. Very efficient , polite and helpful.

As a trade customer im in wickes Harlow most days. Dawn is a highlight of my morning materials shop, always polite , happy, helpful and loves to fuss my dog. Always good stock levels and easy to find what I need.

Came down this week and was served by a lady called Dawn. Could not of been better service, went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for :)

This morning I visited Wikes Harlow for some building materials around 7:15 . I was as in rush and I completely forgot where I left my mobile phone. I begin to looking for it and was already panicking. A member of the staff Kim give it to me. She find it somwere in the shop. I am so please of the honesty of this lady. She is brilliant.... I visit this branch often and find out that Kim is one of the most friendly and professional members from Wikes Thank you once again for your help guys. Vincent Bankov

It’s not often these days that you have a great shopping experience especially when dealing with store staff. However there is always an exception to the rule and this was with a member of staff at Wickes in Harlow and a staff member called Dawn. Dawn was not only pleasant to talk to she was also knowledgeable and able to guide us through some difficult purchases. A very nice lady who made our buying experience a pleasure.

Visited the Harlow branch to buy some paint.
I was served by Richard.
He helped me choose the exact colour and type of paint i required for my living room.
I found him to be very knowledgable and helpfull.
I will return to this branch again in the future when i start other projects

Went into Wickes Harlow and needed help one young boy on shop floor looked at me like a alien when I asked him for wood paint which I thought was basic. Anyway went to tills spoke to a lovely lady Emma H she showed me and had alot of knowledge about what I needed very helpful when I was stressed and was going to just leave store she made me feel at ease and a brilliant member of staff she will be my go to in future visits.
