Wickes - Huntingdon Reviews 

I popped in to Wickes in Huntingdon on Saturday 13th June around 1pm. I had a few questions as I was struggling to find some things that I needed. A gentleman called Andy was really helpful and went above and beyond with the help I required. I left with exactly what I needed. Thanks again to Andy.

Ordered a Kitchen from Sarah at Wickes Huntingdon, she listened to our wishes, came up with some great ideas herself, and produced a design which was perfect for us. We were kept informed at all stages of the process, and any minor issues were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. It was a pleasure dealing with Sarah, and her colleague whose name I cannot recall, and we now have our perfect kitchen, cheers.

Lewis was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even helped me save some money by using his discount card, which was greatly appreciated.
Friendly, professional, and genuinely customer-focused service. It's rare to come across staff who make the shopping experience this easy and pleasant.

Popped in today and needed some bits Lewis was exceptional with his help around the store showing me where the items i required was. George was lovely and all helping me put the bits in my car too!

Visited your store 6th June. Needed help with some hardware for cupboards. All your staff are helpful but a lovely man called Andy was exceptionally helpful and steered me in the right direction.

I had a home visit followed by an in-store design visit with Sarah Jenkins, who was very knowledgeable and helped guide us to a perfect bathroom. Would recommend anyone to do the same process as was very impressed.

Thank you to Jessie, who made picking paint easy! He was really helpful in matching colour to our wallpaper and showing tester pots. Highly recommend ☺️

We are regulars at Wickes in Huntingdon there are a couple of staff members Kypros & Nicky who know our names & allways say hello when we walk in and if we have a click and collect they gey it ready if we are picking up some other bits while at store.
Love the 10 percent discount unlike tradepoint at B&Q where you have to spend a certain amount to get discount.
Wicks have got what we need 98 percent of the time

I had to return some goods today to the Huntingdon store. The goods I was returning were purchased from the Peterborough store and the Huntingdon store, so there was multiple items and multiple receipts which made the return considerably more complex. They employee who I was lucky enough to have, was Freya. Freya was very professional in the way she dealt with me. She was very polite and exceptionally patient despite me unintentionally giving her wrong information. She kept a big smile on her face and her sense of humour. Thank you very much Freya for your help today, you were fantastic. 10 /10

Wiktoria has been brilliant throughout the process and has also been very patient while we waited on the completion of some building works. As soon as we were good to go, she helped us tune the final design and set the wheels in motion. We cannot recommend Wiktoria enough… Amazing.

Great service from start to finish with designing the bathroom from our rough sketch by moving units and shower around to achieve a beautifully laid out bathroom and we are very happy. Thank you to Wickes and more especially to their young lady designer Wiktoria for her superb help with designing and choosing the bathroom.

From the design process to the installation, we cannot fault any part of it!

We highly recommend choosing Wickes for the bathroom installation.

Due to the ravages of age, I decided to covert my bathroom into a walk-in shower room. The Wickes design consultant, Victoria (a very pleasant young lady), visited my property and, subsequently, we met at her in-store office to decide on the final design. Victoria was very professional in her approach and displayed a wide-ranging knowledge of the products available.
I used Mario, the installer suggested by Wikes. He is clearly a competent professional, and suggested helpful changes to the original design, without adding to the cost. With occasional help from his able colleague, John, he completed the work in just over two weeks. He did his best, during the installation, to reduce any inconvenience to me to the minimum.
It’s worth noting that if you are doing, as I was, converting my bathroom for health reasons then you are entitled to a refund of VAT on the costs.

Sarah Gerrard-Cook did a good job of designing our kitchen and was very helpful throughout the process. Our fitter Steve did a good job and helped with organising the deliveries
