Wicks Leamington Spa ha the most amazingly helpful staff. I visited on Monday evening after trying 2 other shops where I found the staff both unhelpful and dismissive. How different were the two gentlemen in Wickes. They were very patient and nothing was too much bother. They also offered much needed advice, offering alternative ways in which I could solve my problem. Overall, a very positive shopping experience. Highly recommended

Absolute waste of time phoned me the night before appointment to say that they would not be offering installation of bathroom shower unit and tiles just sell me the units…. What’s the point

I recently had my bathroom designed and installed through Wickes, and the entire experience has been exceptional from start to finish. Katie, my designer, was absolutely fantastic. Her designs were impeccable, and she truly brought our concept to life. Throughout the entire process she was always available, supportive, and ready to help with any questions during the installation. Her professionalism and creativity made the journey stress free and enjoyable.
A huge thank you as well to Carl Morgan and his brilliant installation team Ashley, Neil, Tom, Russ etc... They were outstanding, professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Even when unexpected obstacles arose, they handled everything with expertise and always found the right solutions. Watching them work was like watching a well-oiled machine. They kept the workspace tidy every single day and treated my home with great care.
I couldn’t be happier with the final result on both my main bathroom and ensuite. The whole team went above and beyond, and I’d highly recommend Wickes, Katie, Carl Morgan, and his team to anyone looking for a smooth and high-quality bathroom renovation.

Sandra designed our kitchen. It is beautiful. Thank you Sandra. She allocated Kenan’s Kitchens to bring the design to life. I can only praise the hard work and dedication that Kenan and his team put in. Nothing was too much trouble. They worked long days and paid attention to every detail. I am a very happy customer.

Clear discussion of design and important details then delivery of materials in time. Preparation guidance and quick efficient start. Well co-ordinated tradespeople attendances in very limited space - those working together co-operated and those working solo assisted those due next. Tidy working habits. It was noisy, and good-humoured. Thanks!

The staff in Wickes Leamington Spa branch are so friendly and helpful. Completed a loft project and Anton helped us place our order instore for home delivery with ease. Had a few items we had over ordered and arranged a collection with the customer service team, hadn’t received our refund within 14 days so headed to the store for help. Diane promptly helped us with such kindness and friendly attitude. I would recommend visiting this store.

My step-son attended the peacock event with my daughter and came back with goodie bag along with the products I had asked him to pick up. He said that Millie, Yvonne and Gerald were helpful signing them in and helping him find the products.

Alex was absolutely amazing today! I came into the store to pick out a lot of tiles for my new bathroom, and he went above and beyond to help me. He carried all the tiles from the store area to my car, handled the entire order including the adhesives and large packs of sand, and even helped me fit everything neatly into my car. I truly appreciate his kindness, effort, and professionalism — he definitely deserves more than 5 stars!

Had an excellent experience from start to finish. The Wickes designer was fantastic, she had wonderful ideas for my kitchen and nothing was too much trouble. The same with the kitchen installer. Everything was so smooth, the customer care was great and I am delighted with my new kitchen!

Katie the design consultant was extremely helpful, supportive, professional and friendly. She took time to explain things and made many helpful suggestions about the design and layout of our kitchen. She was thorough and helpful throughout.

Wickes have been AMAZING, right from the start, Sarah from designs team listened to what I needed, adapted her processes to accommodate me, and did an incredible job on the design and provided exactly what I required (when I wasn't even sure!)
What a delight James the kitchen fitter was to have in our home , polite conscious and great at project managing it all for me. My first kitchen that I have bought and fitted and I'm grateful to them both and appreciate their help and experience. A big recommendation from.

Easy to order online, to pick up in store...qujck notification followed. Heavy items but no problem for us old folk to get assistance. Impressed with the whole process.

Katie Malkowska did the design and Mark Johnson was the fitter.
Katie’s design was perfect as was all the hard work put in by Mark. He worked in a small bathroom during one of our heatwaves. How he did it I don’t know.

All the People I dealt with were excellent and helpful.
The sales assistant Katie Malkowska was very good at helping us design and pick the best product for our needs. The fitting team Andrew Baker and his assistant Dean did an excellent and professional job of the installation. Would highly recommend them.
Would also thank the electrician NG electrical services and the plasterer ALH plastering services.
The call centre handler Dereck (Del) was also very helpful. All in all from start to finish a very satisfying experience.

From first ideas to completed refurbishment, all the staff at our local Wickes were brilliant.

Sarah-Jayne Thorne, our wonderful designer, treated us like vip’s, she went above and beyond, she even visited with our chosen fitter, Mark Saunders, to ensure the design, fixtures, appliances, etc all worked. A vision for a built in open larder was carefully designed. We chose Mark who came highly recommended from a previous customer for his vast experience and attention to detail, his “always can be bothered” attitude, efficient and exceptionally high standard of craftsmanship. We are absolutely delighted with the results, which are even better than we could have hoped for.

All other experiences inc. delivery of items and removal of rubbish were carried out on time, with clear communication, by polite and cheerful people.

I can not fault anything.

I can only recommend the efficient staff that helped me, the experience was first class, very polite and made sure I had the right product. I shall certainly use leamington Wickes again.

I decided to have house glow up and wanted to paint myself. It is not a task I have done before, but my local store in Leamington was exceptional! I want to say a huge thank you to Jason. I called prior to coming as doing any DIY work was worrying, but Jason was so friendly and helpful! He asked me as the counter to call for him so he could help! Old fashioned service in 2025 is what I needed, and I got it. With Jason's help, I got the paint that I needed and what brushes would be ideal. I have painted my front door and canopy and living room. My house looks new! Also want to thanks Antiono, sorry if I have your name wrong. I loved that when I came back they asked how I was getting on.
I have build my confidence with painting and what paints are good for certain jobs. Thanks to this team!
