Oldham branch - disappointing! I booked a home visit with so called Design Consultant (wont mention name) only for this person to contact me a day before with patronizing and no interest to come out and to advise on design etc tc to say you 'looking at 8k was this something you have considered?' Yes I have and would of appreciate if you were more enthusiastic about this, after all I was looking to refurbish full bathroom. I am glad other companies are willing to come out work with me and find the best solution for my bathroom.

Julie arrived on time and worked very efficiently measuring our kitchen and dining room and answered my (many) questions. I’m looking forward to visiting the store to see the 3D plan.

Haroon was absolutely amazing helped me from start to finish and that kind off help is hard to find in a place like this since everyone is very busy, but he gave us his full attention and got the job done!

Sat in waiting for the home bathroom design appointment I'd booked. Had both email and text confirmations of date and time. Nobody showed up and nobody called/emailed/text to inform me.
Cheers guys, great use of my time. Will now obviously go elsewhere.

We purchased a kitchen with julie Johnson from start to finish she was fantastic, really helpful, and put us at ease with the whole designing process, every uncertainty we had she advised us or options, she gave us so much good advice and she has some much knowledge about kitchen's , We would highly recommend julie to anyone wanting to purchase a kitchen from wickes. Rebecca and Iain were very helpful. They took their time deal with all my queries on the different types of paints and colours I was looking for. They helped me get some real good deals on the paint I wanted as it was on offer and alot cheaper than B&Q. Their customer service was exceptional and I would definitely visit this store again as it was my first time in this store travelling from Rochdale.

I went into wicks oldham, to look at the kitchens. I was approached by a a member of staff, she introduced herself ( julie johnson) she made me feel comfortable with the kitchen i chose i made an appointment to have a design, it was just what i had in my mind, i loved it thank you would have ordered from her but my house sale fell through, i will be back

Very happy with the service Julie Johnson provided when I was looking for a new kitchen. Came to the house to measure up and designed a kitchen which I was very satisfied with. Good knowledge and service all round.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff, with a good range of quality products at a good price.

I visited the Oldham store as it was closing today, feeling very stressed, but Ryan completely turned my day around. He was incredibly helpful and informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable with my choices. His friendly manner and genuine care made me leave feeling upbeat and positive. Ryan is an absolute credit to the company, and I truly appreciate the outstanding service he provided.

We usually use the delivery service out of the Bury branch, but needed a piece of coving at short notice for one of our properties. The coving I needed was on the racking, but the manager went above and beyond to ensure we went home happy. Great job and thank you.

At Oldham Wickes they are very helpful and kind I had a heart bypass and they seen me struggling lifting 10liter paint up and came to help me and put it in my car for me thank you ☺️☺️
