Met a member of staff Steve was extremely helpful, helped me get everything sorted what I came in for.
Nice to meet a good and helpful guy.

We are absolutely delighted with our new Wickes bathroom. From the very first design, Catherine was fantastic — her ideas, advice and attention to detail were excellent, and she was always incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.

Igors then did an outstanding job installing the bathroom. His expertise, care and attention to detail were second to none. He was friendly, helpful and clearly took great pride in his work, never hesitating to make sure every little detail was finished to the highest standard.

The end result is fantastic and has completely modernised our main bathroom. We couldn’t be happier with it.

We would thoroughly recommend Wickes, and in particular Catherine and Igors, to anyone considering a new bathroom. A brilliant experience from start to finish!

I called into the Peterborough branch of Wickes today to purchase items for a utility room and had a fantastic experience.

I was assisted by a lovely member of staff, Pamela, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. Not only did she take the time to listen carefully to what I needed, but she also offered some really useful advice on the products I was purchasing.

It was refreshing to receive such excellent customer service, and Pamela is a real credit to Wickes. Thank you for making my shopping experience such a positive one!

Bought pvc deluxe flooring. Terrible!!! It's NOT AT ALL AS THEY SAID IT IS. WE NOW NEED TO CHANGE THE FLOOR. NO ONE TAKES ACCOUNTABILITY FOR IT. I GUESS AS THEY SELL, AH? TERRIBLE !!!!

Went to my local Wickes peterborough saturday 22nd May and all I can say is Steve was a breath of fresh. Spent a while helping me set up a traders account and ordering what I was after as was not in store. Thanks again sir. !!

I would just like to say a huge thank you to Steve for being so helpful and going above and beyond to help me with my purchase ( railway sleepers and accessories) Steve couldn't have been more helpful with helping me load the sleepers, choosing the right accessories that I need to complete the boarder and then to help me load them all into my car. This is what great customer service looks like and Steve is an asset to Wickes.
