Abbie Moxon at Wickes designed my kitchen and bathroom. Had them both fitted and absolutely amazing they are! My kitchen is even better than the pictures and the bathroom is also stunning. Abbie was amazing from start to finish. Couldn't have done it without her and woukd like to say a great big thank you. Would highly recommend Abbie Moxon and Wickes Redditch.

I needed 12 bags of chipping which were up high. A young lady named Faith, loaded my trolley, assisted me through the checkout and loaded them into my car. This was very much appreciated and she was very polite.

Good display of bathroom units which led to a home visit to make a detailed design. Home visit was good to meet the designer to explain the details I would like in my room. All round good service hopefully leading to an installation in the near future.😊

Seriously Concerned about their CHIP & PIN. When making my payment my pin number actually SHOWED on the Chip and Pin Machine, it then asked for my Expiry date. I queried this with the assistant and she asked me to remove my card and shock horror TURN IT OVER - I removed the card and queried where are the cameras etc as my info is visible. She shrugged and and closed down the transaction. No cancelled transaction receipt was issued. She simply restarted the process. Telephoned manager he was very dismissive. Researched on line and Masked Characters: The screen should only display asterisks (*), dots (•), or dashes (-) for each number you press.Visual Confirmation: These symbols exist only to show that the machine registered your button press without revealing the number to onlookers: Masking prevents shoulder surfing from people standing nearby.Security: It ensures cameras or skimming devices cannot easily capture your security. Contacted Fraud Department at my bank and have had to have card cancelled and a new pin issued. I feel really violated. Obviously it will all be on CCTV which is good as I was not issued a voided transaction receipt. VERY WORRYING - Won't shop there again.

We went to wickes Redditch to look for a new kitchen,Abbie came to our home to measure up and get some ideas of what we wanted, she then came up with a fantastic design for our self build. During the build we had a few questions that were answered very efficiently and promptly. We would not hesitate to recommend Abbie to design your dream kitchen,everything from start to finish was perfect.

We went to the store today looking to solve a problem. After talking about several options we decided on what we needed but couldn't find the wire staples. We found Josh eager and very helpful in finding them!

Excellent and very patient service today from Grace and Jo. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Also, received excellent service from Kaycee when we came in a few weeks ago! Highly recommended

I visit this store regularly , Sometimes twice a week . Today my order was picked by Kaycee , she’s a very helpful member of staff , always happy ,smiling and ready to help . She’s a credit to the store .

Popped in at the very end of the day, we were served by Grace at the check out, who helped me set up my trade card and was exceptionally patient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Also the store is very well laid out and well stocked. I’ll be back!

Great service in Wickes Redditch from John who went out of his way to help me find what I needed and came up with some useful ideas. Will definitely use them again.

Kitchen and bathroom excellent help and advise

Abbie is brilliant. Arrived on time very friendly and helpful in giving great advice on how to go from a bath to a walk in shower. Took all measurements then when we went to the showroom showed us the design on screen of what walk in shower would look like. Helped us choose the stuff for it.

Zahrah was very cheerful, polite and helpful with our purchase last weekend; an asset to Wickes.

Popped into store today and Kaycee was a huge help. Had huge amount of product knowledge and couldnt have been more helpful. Great customer service
