Wickes was quick to take almost £20,000 for two bathrooms, but when it came to delivering the service, it was a disaster. I was left without a functional bathroom for months, with constant delays and zero accountability. Despite countless attempts to reach out, my calls were ignored, and promises of updates were never fulfilled. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Wickes at all costs.
Even 1 star is higher than they deserve!

Absolute crap!
Wickes was quick to take almost £20,000 for two bathrooms, but when it came to delivering the service, it was a disaster. The store staff and design team promise the world but clueless about basic install, regulatory compliance and basic safety.

Crap customer service and no response when issue raised.
Not just crap service from in store and cowboy installation team but their general customer service and responsiveness is just as appalling. I have reached out directly on social media, as they requested but still I have got no further. Again I have been directed to a contact form on their website. This is not good enough! We have spent £15k+ on two bathroom and now two months later we are still without an adequate bathroom.
