A member of staff, Jayden, was incredibly helpful and patient in helping my mother and I fit large and long woods and plaster into our 7 seater. Additionally, the staff were very quick in helping us get a worktop from the tall shelves that required a forklift! It was cool seeing them work and the customer service was all around good, especially for such a busy time.

Very helpful staff had the products I needed Jayden went the extra mile assisting me as a wheelchair chair user carrying everything and loading into my car lots disabled parking available highly recommended store always helpful cheers

Our go to source for everyone having to maintain properties. Our family team are almost never let down with sufficient stocks being held. A great team running a clean and tidy warehouse.

Had a large order, was served by Rosie at Wisbech store. Rosie was very knowledgeable, pointed me in the right direction. Placed my order arranged my next day delivery, all done with ease. Very good service

I met a very helpful assistant, Jayne, I wanted to buy a mixer tap for my kitchen. I had misunderstood & thought the tap was in stock, Jayne was able to find out what had gone on, went through your nearest branches & finally she was able to arrange said tap to be delivered to my home! A wonderful experience for me! I left your store in Wisbech well pleased, so my very sincere thanks to Jayne. A star indeed!

The other day, I came to wickes in Wisbech to purchase some paint but I discovered it had to be mixed, thankfully the service I received from oscar was extremely helpful, he was attentive, patient and explained the whole process with knowledge. I don’t normally write reviews but with the service I received the other day I felt I needed to. Big thanks to Oscar!

Everyone we spoke to throughout the store was helpful and were a delight to talk to. We spoke to Rosie at the till and she was happy to help us, it felt like she was helping us because she wanted to, not because she had to.
